2017 Ford Edge review
I purchased this vehicle used, with rust issues. And made the dealership paint the under belly. I did have to get a brand new motor due to some issue but it was under warrantee so no cost to me. Other than that I haven't had any major issues with the vehicle and I have owned it for 5 years now and love it! I'm not sure why they stopped making this vehicle it's so much better than the escape

Ed Martin Nissan of Fishers review
We have been going to Ed Martin Nissan Of Fishers‘s for over 10 years now, and this is the only dealership that we fully trust to take our cars into! Just currently took my car in for some check engine, light issues and the amount of attention to detail and the time that they spent making sure that I got the cheapest best option was so very helpful. Austin is so great at what he does, and I know that when we drop any of our cars off with him, it’s in great hands! I recommend taking your cars here you won’t be disappointed
2019 Ford Edge review
It's a nice vehicle. Roomy. Great features. The trunk has a lot of food. Lots of head room and leg room. Would recommend this vehicle.

2024 Ford Edge review
I owned a 2017 Fusion Platinum and did not want to get a SUV. Knowing the Edge was based on the same platform, I gave the 2024 a spin. I was impressed. It drove, handled, braked, and steered very well. I drove many cars, and even though Ford had not redesigned in a while, it was more enjoyable to drive than the Audi Q5 and Lexus RX. I rated the value a 3 because it is expensive. The Titanium Elite price is in the Lexus/Audi ballpark. I really wanted the Audi because I have owned some in the past, but the Edge was more sporty and more comfortable. I drove the ST and I was surprised that it did not feel a lot faster. This wqas the same with the Fusion. You can tell the ST was faster, but it did not jump off the line like I was expecting. I was disappointed the edge lost some equipment from the past as it is being phased out. So I added it. I added the hood insulation, the engine cover, the cargo cover, LED lighted sill plates, and the laminated acoustic glass on the front doors, all purchased from FORD dealers to make sure they were the real deal. I also added the keyless entry keypad (securicode). I was really disappointed they deleted securicode. The interior is not flashy like an Audi, but I like that it is understated. The carmello seat and door inserts make the car very audi-ish and special. It is too bad this is the last year. The Lincoln Nautilus lives on as the next generation in the USA. I can tell it has roots from the Fusion. That is also gone.

Indy Auto Man - WestfieldReviews
Indy Auto Man - Westfield review
I had an outstanding car-buying experience at Indy Auto Man! Ashton was an incredible salesperson—knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely committed to helping me find the perfect vehicle. He made the entire process easy, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel pressured. Ty, the Financial Manager, was equally amazing. He explained everything clearly, made the financing process smooth and stress-free, and ensured I was comfortable with every step before signing. Together, Ashton and Ty made what is often a stressful experience enjoyable and seamless. Their professionalism, honesty, and exceptional customer service exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend asking for Ashton and Ty at Indy Auto Man if you’re looking for a great car-buying experience. Thank you both for making this such a positive and memorable purchase!
2020 Ford Edge review
We've owned the 2020 Ford Edge for over 5 years and purchased the car new. Just one recent issue with a sensor for the AWD system during that time. Car drives well with decent power and gets 24-26 mpg in mixed driving and around 30 mpg on the highway. Very comfortable and would consider buying another if they still made them. Only downside is that the car doesn't seem to hold its value that well when compared to the Japanese brands.

Bought used with 16k miles. 2 years later 52k miles. Only issue was transmission shutter. A fluid exchange service solved issues. Fluid was black. Strongly recommend transmission service every 39-50k miles. I get 32mpg on highway

Tom Roush FordReviews
2024 Ford Edge review
2024 is the last year of this two-row SUV. Though it is built on an older design/platform, the Edge is the perfect commuting vehicle. The Edge gets great gas mileage and handles extremely well. The AWD system works well and from past experience with the Edge, we know it handles terrifically in inclement weather. We were able to custom order an SEL with very specific options. We loved that Ford allowed a la carte ordering and we were able to get all the extras we wanted. We are averaging over 30MPG with a couple of thousand miles on the vehicle. The Edge weighs a lot for such a compact crossover, but that’s why we like it safe and hugs the road very well. Plenty of space for a 2-row crossover, offering both excellent passenger comfort and storage capacity. We highly recommend the 2024 Edge to those needing a reliable crossover, a daily commuter, or a safe small family hauler. Consumer Reports absolutely loves this vehicle, and as a 3x owner through the years, I can confirm the reasons why CR loves the Edge. It’s been a great run for the Edge, one of the greatest crossovers ever built.

Toyota of MuncieReviews
Toyota of Muncie review
I was trying to buy a Toyota Hylander from this dealership and David Rhum is who contacted me after an internet inquiry. He was very upfront about everything taking his time to explain everything. Unfortunately due to a dealership rule, he could not sell this type of vehicle to me because I lived too far away. Most salespeople would then not talk to you. Not Mr. Rhum - he continued to assist by answering questions and letting me know where the make and model of the vehicle was available and at which dealership. I've already been to the parts department to buy a roof rack and they were very nice and helpful as well. If going to Toyota of Muncie ask for David Rhum, if you get 1/2 of the service and assistance that he gave us - you will already be at 100%.
2024 Ford Edge review
7 Ford Edges and the 2024 is rock solid yet quiet and great performance. Everyone wants to use the Edge when we go anywhere. The controls are easy to use for non distracted driving. Long road trips are un eventful and tires last forever. Loading space in the rear is flat easy and lots of space. Good visibility and safe.

The 2.7L Ecoboost engine in the Sport model is phenomenal. Powerful, smooth and reliable. I love the adaptive cruise control, air-conditioned front seats, panoramic sunroof, and power lift gate but its the engine that makes this stand out from the competition. I own 2 of these Sport models now.

Greg Hubler FordReviews
Greg Hubler Ford review
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ABSOLUTELY THE BEST CAR-BUYING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! I recently went to Greg Hubler Ford and had the pleasure of working with Chet Smith, and I can honestly say that after 40 years of buying vehicles, Chet is by far the best salesman I have ever dealt with. From the moment I met him, Chet was different. He was kind, professional, patient, and—most importantly—he actually listened. He didn’t just ask what vehicle I wanted and start pointing at cars. He took the time to understand what I needed for my family, what was important to us, and what we were really looking for. He showed me three vehicles that fit what I initially thought I wanted. But because he had genuinely listened to everything I told him, he made a suggestion for a completely different vehicle that I hadn’t even considered. And he nailed it. It turned out to be the PERFECT vehicle for my family and our needs. That alone impressed me, but Chet’s professionalism didn’t stop there. I wasn’t ready to buy that first day because I needed to go home and discuss everything with my family. There was absolutely no pressure, no guilt trip, no pushy sales tactics, and no games. Chet simply told me to take the time I needed. When I came back, I knew I wanted to buy from him. Chet had the vehicle cleaned and ready to go, had all of my paperwork prepared, and had everything organized so we could get through the process quickly and efficiently. In less than an hour, we were driving home in our new vehicle. That is what buying a car SHOULD be like. No pressure. No games. No runaround. No trying to sell me something I didn’t need. Just honest answers, genuine attention, and a salesman who actually cared about finding the right vehicle for my family—not just making a sale. In all my years of buying vehicles, I have never had a salesman listen as closely as Chet did and then recommend something I hadn’t even considered that turned out to be exactly what I needed. Chet didn’t just sell me a car. He earned a customer for life. I can say without hesitation that I will never buy another vehicle without talking to Chet first. If you’re in the market for a new or used vehicle, do yourself a favor: go see Chet Smith at Greg Hubler Ford before you talk to anyone else. If you want someone who will actually listen, tell you the truth, respect your time, and help you find the vehicle that makes the most sense for YOU and your family, Chet is your guy. I couldn’t recommend him more highly. Five stars doesn’t even seem like enough. Chet Smith — Greg Hubler Ford. Remember the name. You’ll be glad you did! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Overall it was a good experience, we bought a 2019 Ford F150 from them. The down side was the truck was priced above book value and they would not accept our offer closer to true value. They did remove a dealer installed tracking device which saved us about $1300
2020 Ford Edge review
I love the size if the Edge. Big enough, but not too big. I can transport large items, such as furniture. The look is great. The interior is well finished. Enough compartments and gouges, but not overdone. I have the model that has what I think is called 'Vista View' which allows nearly the entire roof of the car to be uncovered from inside allowing a great view of the sky. It also opens which is great because I love fresh air and the feel of being outside. One of the two drawbacks I have found in approximately two years of ownership is that the transmission is not smooth at lower speeds - say under 35 or 40. Not really a problem- just a little annoying. I'm also wondering if the balkiness of the transmission now will cause any issues in later years. The second drawback for me is that the gear selector is a dial. Even after two years of using this gear selector, I have not grown uses to it. It is not at all intuitive; dials are for radios not gear shifts. I do like the car, and I'm happy I bought it. Just use this review as a heads up if you start looking seriously at an Edge.

Good people to work with, never felt pressured, they answered all my questions, and I drove away in the truck I wanted. Thanks to Arein and Ryan at the Westfield location, I would buy from them again.
2023 Ford Edge review
I bought this vehicle in December of 2023, and I have been pleased with the performance and the room inside the car. The boot (trunk) has lots of space. The silver paint with the black wheels looks really sharp. The best appeal for me to purchase this vehicle is that it's reported to rarely need to be in the shop for repairs. It's always been my experience that if you take care of your vehicle then it will perform well.

2019 Ford Edge review
We have a 2013 Edge SEL AWD which replaced my wife’s older Explorer which she drive for many years and the Edge has been a real pleasure to drive. I had two successive Expeditions for business which I drove for around half a million miles. So, in late 2022, when we decided to sell the Expy and downsize, we decided to “upgrade” my wife’s Edge and I would keep the 2013. We searched for a good price on a 2019 Titanium and enlisted the help of a sales rep at Crossroads Ford in Cary, NC who had found the 2013 model for us. He found a 2019 Edge ST in Performance Blue with reasonable mileage and not even a scratch!! The interior was immaculate and the panoramic moon roof was the clincher. As an “outside sales rep” for 45 years, I have driven two million miles. During that time, we have owned Volvos, a Saab, Chevrolets, a Chrysler Concorde, a Pontiac, and a bunch of Fords. This ST is the best vehicle we have ever owned!!! Zero to 60 in five, great handling, quiet ride, and 29.7 average on the road at interstate speeds!!! I cannot say too much in favor of this car. Try driving a good used one and you’ll see what I mean. Paul B - Pittsboro, NC

2016 Ford Edge review
Although I purchased my Edge used in 2019, it has given me one issue, but Good news! When I took my car to Ford’s dealership to repair, I learnt it was covered completely due to a recalled. The only thing they didn’t do was a “complimentary car wash, that I’m used to having. Nevertheless, the service was taken care of in a timely manner. In spite of one worst winter storm in the South.

I really like this vehicle. The edge has great space and ergonomics. The technology packages make the driving experience enjoyable and safe. One problem with the vehicle is the infotainment system that is unreliable. I have had it replaced once and it is again not working properly.

I was a new grad and bought my first car (Toyota Corolla) from here.. The guys actually listened to my wants vs. needs and helped me find the most reliable option since I had a 2-hour daily commute to work. It has ran great for 3+ years and all i did was regular maintanence updates on it.. If you're having problems with a car (from here or anywhere...), there's a good chance it's more about how it's being taken care of than the car itself.. I made sure to do my research, speak with third-party mechanics about it before buying, and stayed true to upkeep with monthly checks. It goes a long way so you don't miss anything 6 months down the line that it was warning you about before. I recently sold it to upgrade to a larger car, but I'll always appreciate the guidance I got when making such an important first purchase. If you're looking for a dealership, that won't purposely sell you a horrible car, this is the place i felt most comfortable with after speaking with 10+ dealers.
2015 Ford Edge review
I bought 2015 used and am impressed with my edge. I had an explorer before the edge that was totaled in a crash. The explorer was a very safe vehicle to be in when unfortunately totaled and with the edge being the little sister I feel safe and secure almost. Just uneasy because of recalls.

Eddie reached out to me via text to let me know how much my monthly would be, so I didn’t have to make the 40min drive. Everyone was professional and worked in a timely manner. He explained everything throughly and made my car shopping experience a little less stressful. I would recommend auto discount mall to anyone.
2013 Ford Edge review
We had our 2013 Ford edge for many years had zero problems with it until a stupid driver parked next to my husband and totaled the car. He wasn’t even in the car but until then it never gave us any trouble. We decided we would buy another ford edge which is a 2018 and beautiful. Hopefully we’ll have the same luck with this one.

2017 Ford Edge review
We purchased our 2017 Edge used from our favorite Ford salesman and dealership. This was after having leased several new Ford Edges over the years. We elected to purchase a used Edge due to our outstanding experiences with them. We’re retired and drive very little these days so we couldn’t see a need for another brand new leased car that sits 95% of the time. We’ve had our 2017 V-6 for just over two years and it’s just over 87,000 miles. The car looks great, runs great and we plan on keeping it for the foreseeable future.

Great service here at this dealership. It is a real pleasure going here. Marcia Leiss
2024 Ford Edge review
Extremely pleased with the comfort and ride on my new 2024 Ford Edge Titanium. Have previously owned two Explorers and two Edges. Thought my 2022 Explorer rode very quiet, had lots of power and very comfortable. , but this Edge is significantly better all around than the Explorer. I wish it had intelligent 4 wheel drive with the rear drive primary. I will deal with the AWD version. It handles extremely well with a solid quiet ride and tight turning radius. It has a very large 7x10 touch screen mounted vertically in the middle of the dash. You can control almost every possible setting on this. Totally loaded and worth the extra cost. It is so comfortable we can drive 13-14 hours straight though on our trips to Florida . Drive it, you won’t be disappointed.
