Matt Wilson was the internet manager who helped me with my pricing excellent guy to work with really looks out for you superb customer service Dave forres was just as equally helpful going over the car and helping me with paperwork and everything else this company I would highly recommend it made me turn into a Ford believer once again I would go to Bob Thomas Ford every time highly recommend them for a car
I made an appointment, confirmed the appointment when I arrived on time it was the guys day off. So they passed me to someone I had not been discussing my wants with. I explained I had $32,000 to work with. They could have said "we cant help you" And it would have been no hard feelings and I would have been on my way. instead the kept me for 30mins. then came back with 34,500 and said they were loosing money on that. So I got up and left. First off they arent going to sell you a truck at a loss. Otherwise they wouldnt have a job. Secondly there is the sticker price, then the invoice price then the dealer cost. When they say they are selling you something at invoice they are still making $2-3,000 profit due to the dealer holdback and dealer incentive monies. I dont do games, I know what I want I know what I have to spend and I tell them so. either they can deal with that or they cant. I didnt appreciate their games.

I previously owned a 1998 Ford Explorer (limited), I loved that vehicle. The next vehicle was a 2005 Mercury Mountaineer. I soon realized I should have stayed with an Explorer. I recently searched and found my 2018 Explorer (limited) at Bob Thomas Ford and with their help I'm back in the vehicle I love. It's a great vehicle, great purchase experience, great price, great sales and financing support from Bob Thomas North location, couldn't be happier !!!! I spoke with Dakota after calling to get a car. He was immediately friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond to make my visit as stress free as possible! I do not feel like they took advantage of me and the sale price was fair for the new vehicle I purchased. The lady at the reception desk was very nice and she kept my 3 year old busy so I could focus on my paperwork. I would recommend anyone looking for a new car to call Dakota!
Dakota is a great salesman that knows what he???s doing, he???s always a phone call away if needed. Would highly recommend him, managers are very helpful and will do whatever they can to get you in a car you love.
Went in there and vehicle was priced a bit above the KBB but they gave me Good trade value on my truck plus we worked out a deal on a few added things to make up the price point difference. It was a pleasant buying experience overall. Talk to James Mendez, he was very good salesman and didn't pressure me into anything I didn't want.
Frankly... we don???t like shopping for new cars because of pushy sales and cost negotiations. This time was much different!! We greatly appreciated Matt not pressuring and overwhelming us with sales tactics to make a sale. No price haggling as we believe they gave us bottom-line cost based on our research prior to shopping. We love our new Mazda CX-9 and will suggest that friends visit Matt Tillapaugh when car shopping!! Thanks, Matt

My wife and I recently needed to purchase a new minivan for our family. Honestly, we weren???t looking forward to it - we were overwhelmed and a bit stressed... and the timing for our family budget was rough. We had heard great things about the New Haven O???Daniel Ford, so we decided to at least try to talk to someone. My sister recommended Mike Pocci, and she was 100% accurate. Mike was genuine, kind, and very knowledgeable. He did not try to get us in a more expensive car. He stayed in our budget. He kept in contact with us through text and calls the next free days before we officially signed. We also worked with Ryan Keebler and Mike Everton, and we couldn???t have been more impressed. Everyone was upfront and honest. They all communicated with us throughout the process. This team made this potentially stressful situation easy and even enjoyable! They helped answer all of our questions (even when I still did not understand remote keyless start after the 2nd explanation, lol!). We have all heard, and told, the car dealer jokes. What an amazing experience. Started off with a fair price compared to other similar cars. I called and talked to a salesman and received detailed information. I did some “review” checking but got the name wrong. The wrong name produced terrible reviews, so I decided to call and get back and get “the other side” of the story. I talked to the owner and quickly discovered that i had reviews on the wrong dealer. I bought the car. Pain and hassle free. I live 200 miles away. They provided very detailed and accurate condition of the car. They even went the extra mile and delivered the car for a reasonable charge. I will buy another car from Eli and his team. His mom delivery ed the car with a big smile.
I had been searching for months for a Ford Edge with certain options that were a must have. I finally ran across one online that was more than perfect. I called and talked to Ryan and he ran some numbers for me and was very nice and professional. After a couple hours of thinking it over I went and saw Ryan and bought it. I can't say enough about Bluffton Family Ford! I found their vehicle online and reached out via the web. They responded same day. Their customer service was top notch. I never once felt pressured from any of their staff. I was in a lease with another car company and Todd from Bluffton Family Ford sat down with me for an hour (on a busy Saturday) to review my lease with me and answered questions that I had. Unfortunately we found out that I was unable to walk a way with a car that day due to my lease. Even after finding out this information, the finance manager Linda sat down with me and assisted me with available options moving forward with my lease. I was taken back by how helpful they were knowing that I wasn't leaving with a new car. To me this showed that the word 'family' isn't just a name in their title, they live it up to. I am proud to say I was able to come back after working through my lease and purchase a car from them. I'm very lucky to have worked with such great staff. Throughout this process I stayed in touch with Brett and he provided honest and quick feedback the whole time! While we are almost two hours away, I will still be referring people their way!
Just bought a used Ford F-250. Very, very smooth transition. I’m not used to this kind ohhf car dealership. They don’t push you into your decision and I appreciate that! 2/12 hour drive from Lafayette Indiana well worth it! I’ll definitely be doing Business with them again for my next vehicle purchase!
