I had the pleasure of working with Dennis Blair (sales) and Quienten "Q" Clark (finance) two weeks ago on a new Ford Edge ST purchase. I had looked any many different makes and models and really liked the 2018 Ford Edge Sport that I originally drove at a dealer in Longmont. Short version is I got the high pressure sales tactics (I've been in sales for 20 years so that was NOT going to work on me). So next day I called Interstate Ford and was connected with Dennis. I explained what I was looking for and was ok waiting for 3 months for the new ST model. Went down and talked to him F2F and knew I was going to buy from him. Dennis has been doing this a long time and was easy to work with, answered my questions, and actually asked about my background. Dennis introduced me to Q so I had a chance to speak with him, learn about their extended warranty options, and even had them look at my current vehicle and get a $ number for trade in value. All of this was several months before I made the purchase. Three months later the car I ordered showed up and I bought it. I had already met the team and was quite comfortable with the process. Most of the paperwork was already done so I only spent about 90 minutes there from start to finish. I highly recommend Dennis, Q and the rest of the team at Interstate Ford.

After driving my car that I got when I was 16 for the past 13 years, I was a little rusty on the car buying experience. With friendly salesmen who weren’t pushy, I was able to make a deal in a relatively short period of time and felt great about my experience.
We did a lot of research and new what we were looking for. The associate (Dan) made us feel that he was buying the car with us, making sure we were comfortable with our decision and no pressure. My one gripe overall is that cars that require a fob in lieu of a key need to come with two up front or the other one sent later to us (at my expense) rather than me having to make another trip to have another one made.
Ford was delayed in getting the necessary parts out but they provided me with a rental. I was a bit frustrated with the length of time required to obtain the part - even more frustrated wtih the actual problem that exists with superduty trucks related to the steering stabilizer.
We had an amazing experience with Billy! Not only was he very knowledgeable he had amazing customer service! He was fantastic and patient with our children during our visit and even went as far as to drive a truck to us to show us some options when we couldn???t come to them. The only reason we rated the dealer a 4 was because of the very long wait time with their finance department. It was about 3 hours from the time we made the deal to the time we finally drove the truck off the lot.
I had a great experience at Spradley Barr Ford thanks to Tory Turpin! I went in on July 19 to look at a Ford Fusion and hopefully trade in my Cruze that I bought at auto nation (and didn???t like very much). I was frustrated with the car I had and really no idea how trading in my car would work, or if it was even possible because I just bought it 6 months ago! He sat down with me and explained every step of the way thoroughly. He was always ready to answer any question I had. He was very personable and fun throughout the whole experience. We test drove a few and I found one I REALLY liked. The tough part was I had some negative equity and quite a high interest rate, however I came back the next day and he had the car detailed and all the paper work filled out ready for me to sign- at a crazy deal and an interest rate that was far less than half my previous one. Tory was really understanding with my situation and didn???t pressure me into anything. I had the best, least stressful car buying experience thanks to Tory. I would highly recommend him if youre in the market for a new or used car.
I saw this dealership on Google. I went in and spoke to Salesman Riley Rausch and explained what I was looking for and price range. He went through his list of cars that fit my needs. He was excellent. He worked with me on what I needed to do to purchase the car. He gave me his card for future questions. He introduced his supervisor, Homer, who would be available if he was not. I felt very secure about my purchase and would recommend this dealership to anyone. They were all great and the car is pretty good, too!!!! Thank you.
