I was traveling across country from the East Coast to the West. I had severe brake issues on my 2016 Expedition. With all my gear, my son and my service dog I approached the service manager with my problem. He was extremely professional and offered to take a look, but could not promise work, as they were already booked for the day. After taking a look, they found the issue was a recall concern and covered all the repair on their dime. Best of all, they did the work that day and had me back on my way in 5 hours, thus saving me hotel bills and added stress. Throughout the repair, I was informed of progress and treated like a VIP. In addition, their spaces were organized and extremely clean of debris and clutter. I have never had such service in any dealership in all the 45 years I’ve been driving. 2024 Ford Escape review
I’ve had extreme trouble getting into and out of the vehicle because the floor is so deep to the door. I now have a permanently injured knee. The doors don’t open wide enough for my knee that doesn’t bend completely. That causes me discomfort. Senior people can’t always bend their joints enough to get into and out of this vehicle. But I do love how it handles and also the great features.

I watch her run (literally) to make sure my request was getting done as I was throwing them at her. I texted call and push and not once did she not respond with out a smile and a vibrant attitude each time. I want to say thank you very much I appreciate all ur work to please me and that's what means the most in sells knowing Ull never see them and knowing the car was sold u still did ur thing. My bad part is yes it took a while inside for me but again I was asking for a lot and besides the car smoke smell that I'm treating today. I can't say there wasn't no negative side. Shout out to Emily and the guys up in the box that worked over 2 hours to make sure that I was leaving happy and got what I asked for. Just when I started to think that even Klaben Lincoln service might deteriorate in the way so many other service organizations are, they did a slam dunk for me. The highlight of their response to an urgent situation was when the operator immediately understood the crisis and put me through to someone I thought was a randomly picked employee--but turned out to be Michael, the Operations Manager in charge of pretty much everything. He said he was going to physically start walking around Klaben in order to work things out for me. Wow. I asked him to roll me to Sean Klaben, service manager. As usual, Sean immediately worked with people and tech to get things sorted out. Long story short: Klaben is going to be there for you---no matter what the trouble is. When you need them, they will deliver. Go buy a car over there and you will see I'm right.
