BERNARD'S Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a Jeep wrangler for my fiancé at Bernard, all the staff there were so respectful and nice. Mark flatten gave us great tips and advise for our newly purchase vehicle. The amount of trust and faith in his customers are above and beyond our expectations. He helped us understand what it is we are buying and very knowledgeable. We feel like we were a part of a family and treated as such. Everyone was very welcoming and we feel like we were taken care of by a family member.

I’m fairly new to the area, with that being said Link will be my dealership for our Ford Escape, I really appreciated the way Christina Peters listened to my concerns about the car and the way we drive it, she is obviously very knowledgeable about her position and pays attention to detail. I’ll definitely will be back Terry Staab Rice Lake

Everyone of the staff members I met there was friendly, accurate, honest, and upfront about why my check engine light had come on and what was necessary to fix the vehicle a job that would take some time and since I was just passing through back Chicago, they advised to have the work done as soon as possible there.

I highly recommend this for anyone. The service is really good. Samantha does a thorough job and had my best interest. Offered me the free WIFI hotspot. They always look out for the customer and make things happen.
2024 Ford Escape review
I’ve had extreme trouble getting into and out of the vehicle because the floor is so deep to the door. I now have a permanently injured knee. The doors don’t open wide enough for my knee that doesn’t bend completely. That causes me discomfort. Senior people can’t always bend their joints enough to get into and out of this vehicle. But I do love how it handles and also the great features.

I’m beyond grateful for our experience with White Bear Lake Lincoln. On a busy Monday, Kassius, Sam, and the entire team were phenomenal and so accommodating. Not once did we feel rushed or overlooked — just genuinely cared for. This wasn’t just a car purchase for me. After a long road of health struggles and rebuilding my independence, this moment felt like a quiet blessing from God. ✨ Kassius especially was a reminder that there are still good people out there — patient, kind, and truly invested in his clients as human beings, not just a sale. So grateful. Highly recommend this team if you want honesty, heart, and people who actually show up for you.

Minnesota Truck Headquarters of Forest Lake review
I recently purchased a car through MTH, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Scott DeMike provided exceptional customer care and professionalism throughout the entire process. He walked me through every step, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident and satisfied with my purchase. Scott truly went above and beyond to make the experience smooth and enjoyable. I also want to give a huge thank you to Tim, the manager from the Brainerd location. He played a major role in making this deal happen. Tim genuinely listened to my needs, cared about my situation, and worked hard to make sure the deal worked in my favor. It was clear he wasn’t just about making a sale—he wanted to make sure I was taken care of and happy with the outcome. If you’re looking for a team that puts customers first, I highly recommend Scott DeMike and Tim at MTH. They made my car buying experience easy, honest, and stress-free.

Toycen Ford, Inc. review
My oil change went smoothly. They took my vehicle in to service on time and as scheduled. The wait time seemed to be less than a half hour and I had a nice clean place to wait. When I returned home I checked my oil level and the it was clean and exactly where it should be on the dip stick. Nice guys to visit with while I was there too.

Apple Ford White Bear Lake review
5 stars! From Troy and Justin in sales, to Nate in service, this team is remarkable! Troy helped me find the perfect Bronco after my 2021 Bronco needed extensive service. Troy and Justin assisted with rebates to get me the best price, and Nate in Service had a backup plan to fix my existing car, if I decided to go that way! A great team, they were responsive, and very helpful!

Best dealership buying experience I've ever had. I felt like Monica was listening to me, not just trying to sell me any car. I would go back to her to buy a car in a heartbeat.
