Very professional, both over the phone and in person. No haggling, pressure, or fast talking and both gentlemen were friendly and approachable. Bought my sweet Mini Cooper cash and the dealer was honest about any issues with the used car, which was greatly appreciated. Only needed to replace a headlight bulb and turn signal switch, so for a 2003, that’s pretty amazing! Could tell they actually did an inspection and maintenance on the car because the oil was a clear golden color, clean antifreeze, air filter ect. It’s been a great car for the past few months. The 2.0 engine has the perfect amount of power to get around and the 8 speed does a decent job. I love the exterior and interior styling. Great driving position and overall feel. My only complaint is the sometimes slow infotainment screen, especially on startup when I go to use the climate controls. Other than that I love the technology and features you can get in this car!

We had Eric as a salesman and he was very good at answering all of our questions we had about the new trucks. He made the buying process about as quick as possible. Then Michael the tech, came and explained all the cool tech gadgets on the new trucks. He was also very helpful, and we even brought back the truck when we had our trailer hooked up and he set up the trailer assist for us. I would recommend Bickford to anyone looking to buy a new truck.

Very nice suv for us. Ford made it easier for all the controls to be operated they also put more push buttons back in. Very high tech suv but easy to use. Great mileage for an awd. Our was stolen then totalled while working in Seattle. Found Cars dot com and found a perfect new-to-us F-350 for our replacement! Even with the Christmas/New Years holidays we were able to test drive, get insurance monies and purchase the truck in two days.

The sales associates named Paul did an excellent job during the whole purchasing process. I would buy another vehicle from him based on my experience. Paul was professional, knowledgeable, communicated well, presented himself and the company very well. The credit manager did a good job as well. Unfortunately, I just had the unpleasant experience of dealing with Joy Lott, service advisor. She was rude and impatient in her communications. She would talk over me when I was trying to explain that I was calling to reschedule the appointment she made for me without my input. I do not want to deal with Joy again. Left me with a bad experience. Ownership should send her to a customer service and communication training. She forgot that her job is to create a customer experience that would keep them coming back for more business. Ownership should discuss this with her. I would recommend the sales department but not the service department based on my unpleasant experience.

Our 2024 Ford Escape has been excellent. We bought the ST Line package and its performance has been flawless in the 1st 5 months. Really like the heated steering wheel included with the Cold Weather Package and the safety features of Tech Package 1.

Thank you very much for a pleasant car buying experience. Russ was a wonderful sales guy. Personable, easy to talk to and genuine so this made negotiations more relaxed. No pressure from Malakai the Manager, who is also calm and relaxed. He was willing to listen and make adjustments. Even signing the paperwork was easy as typically this is the time my stomach aches and my heart goes 0- 120 in one second.

I found the customer service to be very helpful and easy to work with. Since I was looking at used Toyota Tacoma trucks, I realized that the used Toyota truck market to be more speedy than I first thought. In fact my wife sort of got sticker shock. All said, I'm feeling quite overwhelmed by the number of used Tacoma's out there. I wonder where the new unsold 2024's are. At this writing, I'm also open to the extra cab 4x4 Rangers.
