Good overall experience. As always, the dealership tried to slip in extra fees. This does not make this dealership any worse than others, but I won't give 5 stars when this happens. In our case, the sticker price was not what we saw when we sat down to negotiate. There was a $1,300 charge added for a security feature the dealership had installed. I had that removed: sticker price on a used car should be everything that the car is. I did not choose a $1300 option. The dealership worked with us and was friendly, except for the finance guy. It was late at night and he got a little snippy.

I cannot recommend Eddie Aguilar at California Motors Direct enough! If you want a salesperson who is terrifically professional and truly on your side, this is the guy. We drove through two counties and fought a ton of traffic to make this deal happen, and Eddie was more than patient with our schedule. What really blew us away was that he and his manager stayed late just to ensure we left that night with the car we deserved. It felt like "NO" wasn't even in his work vocabulary—he ground out the details and made the numbers work perfectly for both the lender and me. The BMW i4 is running beautifully, and you weren't lying when you said I paid below market price! 2024 Ford Escape review
It’s been a great car for the past few months. The 2.0 engine has the perfect amount of power to get around and the 8 speed does a decent job. I love the exterior and interior styling. Great driving position and overall feel. My only complaint is the sometimes slow infotainment screen, especially on startup when I go to use the climate controls. Other than that I love the technology and features you can get in this car!
