Our salesman Matt worked in the extreme heat to detail our truck for us himself while we were signing paperwork. It was late and the car wash/detail people were already gone. He was soaking wet at the end! He worked hard to make our experience there great! The owner was a great guy too! I had a transmission issue on my 2016 F250, and was in a significant time crunch due to moving so I needed my truck fixed asap. I called around some of the smaller local shops mainly because I typically don't like going to a dealer figuring I'd get pushed to the bottom of the pile. All other shops told me they were booked out 3-4 days, and couldn't help me out. I decided to give Barber Ford a try, and I was very impresses with the service. Originally they said they were booked up, but when I explained my situation they said if I left my truck there they could possibly squeeze it in between jobs. Figuring I'd be without a truck for a while I rented a car. I was very surprised to find out they completed it the next day so I could still keep my moving schedule in tact, and the price was fair. This changed my whole opinion of going to a dealer which is nice. They earned another customer for when the time comes.

Pretty good except it has a clicking noise. Pretty sure im gonna have to take it to the shop after only 3 weeks. Have to see if there is an issue as recalls on the transmission keep Popping up in my Facebook feed.

2024 Ford Escape review
It’s been a great car for the past few months. The 2.0 engine has the perfect amount of power to get around and the 8 speed does a decent job. I love the exterior and interior styling. Great driving position and overall feel. My only complaint is the sometimes slow infotainment screen, especially on startup when I go to use the climate controls. Other than that I love the technology and features you can get in this car!
