2023 Ford Escape review
For those of you that don't like the over reliance on the computer dash for things like the AC.. Ford did not start doing that till mid 2023.. when looking at 2023 models, look carefully at the dashboard. some have a smaller computer screen and the 2 knobs and buttons that regulate the AC. those are the ones you want.. they also are $4-5K cheaper than the models that have the larger screens and no physical AC buttons so win-win.

City Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Brookfield review
Purchased a new to our family Chrysler Pacifica. The van was just as described. Cleaned and serviced very well. My salesman Nate Blattner (The GOAT) went out of his way in EVERY aspect to make sure we were happy and well informed in every aspect of this purchase. From reaching out in a very timely manner, handling our family with the utmost respect and professionalism and made this purchase my favorite trip to a dealership in 25 years. I personally recommend a very large raise for how incredible he is! Also dealt with Phil in finance who was an honest upfront and straightforward dude as well. Nate made my experience so enjoyable I will be sending everyone I know here for vehicle purchases. Don't go anywhere else. You want to purchase here.

Had an awesome experience with sales representative Roy Visor. He was very helpful and knowledgeable towards my needs. Although I did not find exactly what I was looking for at the time, Roy was very patient with me. I look forward to doing business with Roy.
2024 Ford Escape review
I’ve had extreme trouble getting into and out of the vehicle because the floor is so deep to the door. I now have a permanently injured knee. The doors don’t open wide enough for my knee that doesn’t bend completely. That causes me discomfort. Senior people can’t always bend their joints enough to get into and out of this vehicle. But I do love how it handles and also the great features.

I never negotiated a car deal on the internet before went back and forth several times and ended up with a great deal. Didn't know what to expect when I got there, but sales staff was helpful and friendly. Mark showed us all the features of the Elantra and took us out for a test drive. Overall a great experience. I like cars but I don't like buying them generally, maybe now that's changed.

Salesman Emil English was very prompt in responding to my inquiry regarding a truck listed on the website. Emil went above and beyond by providing detailed information about the vehicle, sending additional photos, and being very flexible in scheduling a test drive. The finance department was extremely efficient in securing a lender and thoroughly explained the financing terms. Overall, the customer service was outstanding, and I would highly recommend that prospective customers not hesitate to do business with Boucher Ford. Thank you Emil English !

Van Horn Ford of Oconomowoc review
It was a great car buying experience. We enjoyed it so much we recommended ot to our son. He leased a truck the next day.
2025 Ford Escape review
Overall the car is great. I bought the trailer towing model and the towing features work seamlessly with my light trailer. It has the power to easily pull the 2000 pound trailer I use. There are a couple fit and finish issues where the hood doesn't quite line up with the fender, but I am fussy about these things and other people might not even notice. I have the larger infotainment screen which has some positives. But almost all the controls go through the screen and my eyesight isn't the best so it is difficult to make selections while the vehicle is in motion. Also, the learning curve is rather steep and the paper owners manual is not much help. The A/C controls are all on the screen and hard to change while in motion.

Heiser Ford LincolnReviews
Heiser Ford Lincoln review
I recently purchased a 2024 Lincoln Navigator from Heiser Group. I was pleasantly surprised at the amazing customer service they provided and the follow up to make sure I was happy and satisfied with my new vehicle. This is something I haven't experienced before so I felt like I was quite a special customer. They let me try out several vehicles to insure I had exactly what I wanted!! It's nice to see this customer service is still available as this experience was a far cry from my last vehicle purchase at a different dealership (no names mentioned). I left the dealership confident I made the right decision and I am confident I will be supported in any of my needs going forward. I will never purchase from anyone other than Heiser going forward. I recommend that everyone purchase their vehicle from Heiser!!
2023 Ford Escape review
In December 2023 I bought a new-used 2023 Ford escape with only 1100 miles on it. So it was basically a brand new car, and I got it at a discount because it was used so it was very well worth the money. It’s been an awesome car but I have one complaint: there is way too much reliability on the electronic display. All of the cars systems run through that including the air conditioner!! The problem is, like any computer, it doesn’t always immediately boot up upon starting the car, sometimes it takes a few minutes to get going, and in the meantime you are absolutely burning up! There is no way to turn the air conditioner on via the dashboard!! I simply do not understand why they couldn’t just put simple dials on the dashboard to turn the air conditioner on, As cars have had for many many decades now. It’s really ridiculous. I live in Georgia and it’s 98° and 80% humidity, I need the air conditioner to start blasting as soon as I get in the car! But that’s really my only complaint , it is an awesome car otherwise.

MICHAL MADE THE SHOPPING AND BUYING PROCESS SO EASY AND NOT SCARY AT ALL. I AM PRETTY xxxx PROUD OF MYSELF FOR PURCHASING A VEHICLE ALL BY MYSELF AND NOT REGRETTING IT! I BELIEVE THAT MICHAL WAS SINCERE AND HONEST IN GETTING THE VERY BEST DEAL AND DOING ALL HE POSSIBLY COULD TO GET EVERYTHING THAT I ASKED FOR. ANDY IN FINANCE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO WORK THINGS OUT IN MY BEST INTEREST FOR CAR PAYMENTS AND ALL OF THE EXTRAS. HE WAS A JOY TO WORK WITH AND VERY PROFESSIONAL AT THE SAME TIME. I FELT LIKE I WAS IN THE VERY BEST HANDS WITH THE BOTH OF THESE GUYS AND IT WAS ALMOST TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE. WE'LL SEE... BUT FOR ME. THIS WAS A PERFECT EXPERIENCE AND I WOULD RECOMMEND HALL VW AND MICHAL AND ANDY IN A HEARTBEAT!

I live in Waukesha I couldn't make a deal on an incoming car, but I ended up ordering the car to spec from another dealer who had three allocations the dealers in Iowa, but it's gonna cost me $600 to ship the car which is not that bad because I'm saving thousands of dollars I previously purchased another brand of vehicle from this dealer as well but they're one of the largest Ford dealers in the Midwestern United States, which is how they ended up getting my business originally they have a big presence on all of the ford forums so the deals are out there people you just have to look for them. It's not 2022 anymore And ford sales numbers of public Especially when it comes to models like mustangs. But at least I tried to get my local deal of the business first and I provided evidence to them of the deal I could get because you know how it is. They always say that you're lying about the deal you can get. Etc etc etc Do your research you can always save money. It's a Ford. It's not a Porsche GT 3RS OK.
