The staff at Shiflett ford are always looking out for my driving welfare, checking things that I don't even think to have checked. Knowing I was going to be traveling with our fifth wheel RV they knew I would want fresh oil with the new tires I wanted, they where very correct. Love the extra care that goes into my service. The service department is new and keep very clean and the shop is orderly and neat. From Roger to the mechanics all the staff is friendly and caring.

I liked this 2010 Escape so much that I purchased a 2018 Ford Escape on 5 December 2018. Unfortunately, the 2010 was totalled September 2017 which is why I bought another. However, I do not like the 2018 vehicle design. This 2018 reminds me of a fish without its fin. There is less rearview vision with the 2018, than with the 2010. I keep hoping Ford will become original again and get square! Otherwise, Ford Escape looks like a Toyota! And, that is not good.
I decided to sell my 2016 Land Rover Discovery Sport and found Yvette Jennings from this dealership to be the most helpful and easiest person to work with. She gave me a fair price for my vehicle and the ease of the selling process was amazing. I would definitely recommend her to anyone!

This is my fourth Escape. I cannot say enough about the reliability, safety features, and the ease of learning it’s technology aspects. The Escape has safely gotten me through many Maine winters.
Vic Bailey's Internet Sales Mgr, John Carter, was very responsive and easy to work with. He got me all the information I needed and helped me work with their Business Mgr to get the deal put together I needed. He made the whole negotiations and purchase quick a simple since we new exactly what we wanted.

I love my Ford Escape! A very comfortable and reliable ride. I feel safe driving in any condition even on these Alberta roads. Im very confident in this decision.
The customer service was excellent. BUT... I have been to other service dealerships where they have much nicer facilities for customers waiting for their car to be serviced. Nicer waiting rooms with complimentary snacks, USA Today, and computers. Please consider upgrading the facilities.

Just got this car, but am super impressed! Smooth ride, great gas mileage and it’s just a great vehicle so far! Plenary of space for passengers in front and back and great storage space in the back.
From start to finish it was a great experience. Sam is a very friendly and knowledgeable salesman and helped to make an overall smooth process.

I have driven Fords for two decades or so. My first one was a Ford Taurus Wagon, next it was a Ford Explorer, and lastly a Ford Escape. And they are very dependable cars. However I'm a little sceptic in regards to the fairly new vehicles that are manufactured. I have heard from Friends who've had Ford Escapes 2015 and newer, that there were transmission issues and if they have a sunroof that would be a lot of issues with that as well. So oddly enough I enjoy the vehicle now, but I am unfortunately waiting for something to break.
Service was great in overall. Car was service in a timely manner and the customer service/technician was very professional and explain what was done in detail

I don't think Escape will do too bad on gas and does drive nice. I believe it is cheaper than a Honda HR-V. I wanted an aspirated engine due to recent oil dilution issues with the Honda 1.5 turbo. Could use a few more places to put change, remotes, key fobs, etc. The true test will be, ask me how I like it a year from now. Hard to give a reliability rating as I just bought.
The service department has always been very knowledgeable and helpful. I have had my car serviced the whole time I have had the car. UNTIL...……..I was told that my car needed brake pads, front and back, and the rotors turned. The quote was $500.00. I found a brake and alignment specialist who will do it for $235.00, therefore I feel that your prices are very high.

If you do your homework on the car you want and they have what you want, do it! The best part was, the car was delivered to me! I felt like a baller when the car showed up in my driveway. Poor on fuel efficiency and loud engine

I wanted a Ford because I drive an Explorer for work. I bought the Escape thinking it would handle as well and be as smooth. Instead, the engine is loud when accelerating and the fuel efficiency is poor. I'm filling up every 3 days just to commute to work. I was completely disappointed in my purchase.
I had very specific requirements and Vroom was the only place that had what I wanted. They offered me blue book on the trade in and the purchase with no haggling. The car was as described. The lighting on their pictures was off so much I thought the interior was gray and not black. Luckily I'm fine with black. Customer service has been great. Delivery was fast. The car came with a white residue all over it, I guess the soap they use; I had to work hard to get it off. They delivered it to me in a public place with no gas. The fuel light was on. I wanted to drive around the parking lot and acclimate my self to the car but I felt immense time pressure to get to a gas station and as a result hit the road without even adjusting the mirrors. Kind of dangerous. Right now they are having a problem getting me the title almost two months after purchase; not sure if it's Vroom's fault but at least they are politely keeping me up to date and sending me a replacement drive-out tag since the first one is about to expire. As scary as it was buying a car online, I'd say overall it has gone well and I would recommend Vroom. Be aware that the contract forces you to give up your right to sue in court. You can opt out by sending a letter to Vroom's lawyers in New York.

Wow. I am going to start off by saying that the people who work here are just genuinely good and honest people.
I was buying a new Jetta after returning my Jetta for the TDI settlement. As an out of town buyer I was originally nervous about driving 2 hours to a dealership with really low prices. Kristian roof made the out of town purchase very simple, and ensured me that they are reliable in their prices. The night before we were going to drive to get the car, we experienced a hiccup and was able to talk to the General Sales Manager, Wofford, at 10pm on a Friday night. He was available and quick to get back to us, and very accommodating. Buying the car the next morning could not have gone any smoother. There were NO surprise fees or problems purchasing the car. Kristian and Wofford were a pleasure to work with.
This brings me to Patrick, the finance manager. Patrick was great to work with the day I bought my car. One week later he was willing to talk to corporate about my TDI settlement problems. AND he spent 2 hours talking to my DMV when I returned home when they tried to overcharge me. This really shows that they care about their customers even after you buy the car.
The customer service at Vic Bailey VW cannot be matched. Their prices were the lowest in the area, combined with their honesty and amazing customer service, I cannot imagine buying a car from anyone else. I would suggest Vic Bailey to any out of town buyer! Thank you!!

I love the car alot but i wish it had navigation. Beautiful outer color and interior is in great condition. Great pick up to get onto highways.
Like most I was very skeptical about buying a car online. But I did my research and google'd the company like crazy. What I found in my research is the company had laid off people due to rapid growth and during this time frame the reviews were not good at all. Which to me makes sense and most likely vroom could have done a better job to make sure customers did not feel the effects. But after that period the reviews were really good. Also they have a very high rating with the BBB. That all said I decided to purchase my Jeep Wrangler through Vroom. The entire process from start to finish was awesome! I did not do a trade but just a purchase. I submitted my request for finance and purchase on 7/29 Sunday morning and received a call 7/30 Monday morning. I spoke to the sales person which there was no pressure just Q&A. I put down a deposit so I could secure the Jeep. There was communication via email by Vroom throughout the process including when the Jeep was in route. My jeep was delivered within the time frame they explained, which was the following Friday 8/10 cleaned and in excellent condition. I received my tag and paperwork about a month after the Jeep was delivered. I have 3 kids so spending 4 hours at a dealership is not fun. I would definitely buy from Vroom again. I hope this review helps others who might be on the fence. (Atlanta, GA)
Great car to drive

I bought this car used with 59km on it. I've only had it a few weeks and find that it's easy to drive. The biggest negative is that there is such poor headroom. Someone who is just under 6 feet tall finds that his head is touching the roof in the front or back seat. I wouldn't have expected that. I assumed that a person who sat comfortably in my former compact car wouldn't have an issue in the Escape but I was wrong. Other than that (and a steering wheel that is too cluttered) the car seems to drive very nicely. I was hoping that with 4WD I wouldn't need snow tires but it only took one snow storm for me to learn that wasn't going to be the case. Turning snowy corners took a couple lanes. But now I have snow tires and it's a different drive altogether.
Found the van we wanted and filled out the paperwork and a week later I had a Honda Odyssey in my driveway. This is by far the easiest, hassle free way to buy a car. Eric Smith was phenomenal answering any questions I had and very accommodating during the entire process. I will never go to a traditional dealership to buy another car. I can not recommend vroom highly enough. Give it a try, you won???t be disappointed.

This car is great. Drives well, handles well, quiet cabin. 3 stars for interior design as I have the titanium trim level and am not a huge fan of the shiny plastic portion of the dash, would have liked it more matte.
