Low pressure sales, pleasant to do business with

We were reluctant to step foot in Anderson Ford, because of a bad, high pressure experience many years ago. We had located some used vehicles online, and a couple of them happened to be at Anderson. We stopped in, met Seth Fredrickson, drove 3 vehicles, and left with an excellent impression, and a desire to buy from him. We told Seth there was another place we wanted to check out before making our decision, and he was polite, gave us his card, and told us to let him know if he could do anything to help. After test driving a couple more vehicles, we decided the Escape at Anderson's was what we were leaning towards, and the fact that Seth was just so kind, we wanted to do business with him. Seth took great care of us, and checked in to make sure everything was going well with the vehicle after our purchase. Buying used vehicles can be a challenge, but once we found the vehicle we wanted, Seth made sure the challenge was over. He was a pleasure to work with the entire time. Thanks, Seth!
