Tuesday- Colton at Cadillac tore up my intake form within 3 minutes of meeting me while trying to look for a car at Cadillac. He didn’t ask my trade in value or what I had for downpayment; he was very pushy and rude. I said I just wanted to look since I recently discovered my BMW needed expensive repairs, but he was having NOTHING of it. We left pretty soon after having lost all interest in Cadillac. Thursday- Went to Gullo Ford and ended up leaving with TWO new cars after meeting Colin. Colin is patient, knowledgeable, and a genuinely nice guy. Such a massive difference in the experiences we had at these dealerships; We can’t possibly say enough about how well Colin, Cedric and the whole team at Gullo looked after us and made buying two cars easier than buying one has previously been anywhere else. So, to Colton at Cadillac, “Big mistake…HUGE!” We bought a 2026 Dark Horse Mustang and 2026 F150 Tremor, and had fun doing it.

Julio was super helpful showing me around, especially considering a had a rambunctious 2 year old wreaking havoc on the store during the process. As for the buying process, I was firm in only going up to a certain amount and being ok with them accepting or refusing my offer. After some quick back and forth, they finally accepted what I feel is a very fair offer for both of us. Overall, I could not be more happy with the entire process.
