Orleans Ford review
Having looked online for another vehicle we came across what we looking for at Orleans Ford and decided to drive up from Rochester to take it for a drive. Yes we could have bought a car locally, but there was a bit sticker shock pricing locally when comparing similar cars. As such we drove up, drove the car and there were no hidden surprises in making the deal. As such we bought it on the spot. Although Orleans Ford may not be as flashy as other dealerships in Rochester their attention to customer care in answering questions was a huge win for them! As to a flashy dealership, well all I can say is....I'm not driving the dealership home I'm buying a flashy car at a reasonable price that counts. So if your looking for home town car dealership, pricing and customer care do yourself a favor give Orleans Ford a call....its well worth the trip!

2018 Ford Expedition review
This has been our favorite vehicle. The list of features don't quit. So versatile. We have taken it off-roading, camping, long road-trips, day trips etc. Cleaning is easy with all-weather mats and leather interior. It's rare, but ours has the PANORAMIC-SUNROOF, which I love love love!!!!! The memory settings for the drivers are nice too. Just push a button and the mirrors and seat adjust to you. the convenient features just go on. I literally can't say enough good things about this vehicle!!! And this is all after 60k miles! Can't get a better family car!!

Orleans Ford review
Orleans ford gave my wife such a great deal on her trade in she ended up purchasing a 2025 f250 roush. Loves everything from the good deal on the trade in, our sales person Richie and we have been buying trucks thru Orleans Ford for years and there service team is outstanding too, very little issues over the years but always in and out problem resolved. For some of the nicest trucks around and normally plenty of trucks to choose from.. New or used great place we'll be back again.
2025 Ford Expedition review
Love the car but still has problems with the Collison message keeps coming on. Still trying to get the factory code to program some systems. Had it at 2 different dealers. The I bought it at does not return calls.

2020 Ford Expedition review
Overall I do love this SUV. great driving experience. Latest electronic features are a benefit. I did have to turn off the out of jane detection, too accurate. My one complaint is that the console has a fault, I call it a missing piece. I have lost two disability placard because I placed them on the flat part and both skided into nonoland. There needs to be a stop of some kind.

Went to Delacy first, I was looking for a robins egg blue bronco sport heritage. Sales guy there was rude and not helpful. Saw that Dave Smith had one, walked in and Antonio was able to assist. Summit View Auto review
I enjoyed working with the Summit view team. Jason was knowledgeable about the different types I was interested in and there was no pressure. Summit had a good selection of vehicle types I was looking for. All were first rate used SUVs. The " ins and outs " of my vehicle was thoroughly explained before I left the lot. 2024 Ford Expedition review
Purchased new July 5, 2024 now have approx 16,000 miles recently took a trip that was total 4,000 miles. Wife states as the most comfortable vehicle she’s ever had especially on this long trip pulling a 6x12 enclosed motorcycle trailer from Chicago to Scottsdale, AZ. Nimble handling even in the mountains and plenty of power! 5 Stars Ford!!

2020 Ford Expedition review
2020 Ford Expedition was purchased Feb 2020 (Springfield Va). I started having transmission problems Jun 2020 (15,000 miles). I informed my service representative what was occurring during an oil change and she informed that she would have a transmission specialist look at it. I was given the all ok and l departed, but my transmission is still producing a rattling sound and it buck's when l go from park to drive, also when it changes gears it slips from time yo time. This is my Fourth new Expedition and l have never experienced anything like this. I have made 4 request that they check my transmission and it has always come back (No problem). Oct 2022 l received a call from the service department stating that my truck hadn't been in over a year. I indicated to them that l was last in for an oil change with them, April 2022. Not only did they not have records showing my oil changes, but they didn't record any of my complaints about my transmission. I took my truck to AAMCO and they indicated that it was an electrical component ( brains of the trans) that was faulty and that l needed to return to Ford to repair. I attempted to have this resolved before my warranty expired and now l have no warranty on it because l'm at 95K miles on my truck. This SUV checked all the boxes: Nice ride, lots of room, looks good. It has multiple USB ports for charging and games. It’s also quiet ride with a lot of room which is great for long family trips.
