This process was actually pretty easy. They gave me a preliminary estimate on my trade in which turned out to be very accurate. I negotiated via email. I got the price I wanted. I did not finance but the paperwork took awhile longer than expected seeing the have electronic signing. Their ac was not working so it was pretty uncomfortable. My only complaint is they did not give me rear floor mats which I haven’t addressed because I just discovered it. Otherwise pretty painless. I would buy there again

My service experience was good. I had my truck serviced for transmission and warranty was honored. Only issues I had was with the text messaging which I communicated I was not getting a loaner. I get a call next day from another service advisor and it felt kind of rude due to him wanting an answer about the loaner even though I communicated through their messaging system before. The other issue was when I received my vehicle it was very dirty. It had that brown dust/ mud stuck on the windshield/ body and inside as well being more dusty. I am assuming it was from their workshop at the machinery. No big deal, would be nice if they had a complementary car wash like Team Gillman Honda. Lastly, not sure but there should be an option to see if parts can be expedited in order to get the service done quick. Overall I am satisfied and Dianelly delivered good service.

Their clean, reasonably priced vehicles almost sell themselves! Westley walked us through the documents and paperwork, service options for the vehicle, again hassle free and quickly! I think that from the time of our arrival to leaving the dealership was under three hours, including my three test drives that account for at least a half hour of that time and also includes them prepping and cleaning the truck for me to drive home. 'm very pleased with Ryan Ford and the customer service they showed after my puchase. I purchased a 2006 Jeep Wrangler from them. I live in Lubbock so they transported the vehicle to me and only charged $300 to do so. I know it had to cost more than then in diesel alone. Once I got the Jeep and drove it about 50 miles, I noticed an oil leak which I discovered was from a leading rear main seal. Not a big deal and the part is pretty inexpensive but the labor to repair it can be costly. I took the Jeep to a reputable and dependable auto shop in Lubbock and they repaired the leak, but Curtis, my salesperson, made everything right on their end. The dealership reimbursed me for the replacing the rear main. They made it right, which is rare in this day and age. I appreciate Curtis and the ownership for their quick and fair response. I would recommend them to anyone.
