I had a wonderful experience with the BMW service department! The entire team was efficient, quick, and worked so well together to get my car taken care of. A special thank-you to Mr. Bryant, who went above and beyond to make everything run smoothly. He did an outstanding job getting the necessary authorizations, arranging for the parts, and making sure my repairs and tire were handled as quickly as possible so I could get back into my own car. I truly appreciated his professionalism, attentiveness, and dedication throughout the process. Mr. Bryant is a tremendous asset to the service department. His care and follow-through made all the difference, and I?m so grateful for his help. Thank you to him and the entire team for providing such exceptional service!

Toyota of Katy review
Katy Toyota rocks! Here's a shout out to Marci Simpson, who helped us better understand the many options for leasing one of their new cars. She was pleasant and friendly and a delight to work with. Never felt pressured--really appreciated her honesty and patience explaining details of several options we had. She genuinely cared and was committed to meeting our needs and we feel much better knowing what is financially attainable and practical. Past experiences with other car dealerships for me have not been good and none come close to the great service she provided. Hope to lease a Corolla Cross or other hybrid soon as we're working to get our finances in order. Really appreciate her time showing the new hybrids available. Will definitely come back to see her when we are ready to move on this. Great dealership, friendly professional people there.

2024 Ford Expedition Max review
Previous minivan owner we didn’t realize we had out grown our minivan till we realized the amount of space in our new truck. We have 4 active kids from 5-15 that are in multiple sports. We travel a fair amount both to the airport and on road trips. So our new vehicle needed to get all of us and luggage wherever we’re going. So far this is doing it.

Solid experience buying my WRX here. Got a great deal with no xxxxxxxx, and Steven, Miguel, and Will all went out of their way to make things as smooth and painless as possible, even with Beryl knocking on their door. Would highly recommend them to any of my friends or family and would definitely buy from them again.

I LOVE my new Eruption Green Bronco! It’s so beautiful and a very positive experience ordering through Joe Myers Ford! We’ve been doing business with them for years as a very happy satisfied customer.
2018 Ford Expedition Max review
Meets all needs for my family of 4 with two young children that are “extra” and always require “extras” that need “extra” space. Super comfortable, everyone has their own space, we don’t feel on top of each other and it’s amazing. The vehicle drives like a charm and is probably my absolute most favorite vehicle I have ever owned-even my Denali Yukon and LTZ Tahoe. This succeeds all expectations and I probably will never drive another type of vehicle again until children are grown and out of the house.

Houston Auto Sales review
Walked in and spoke to sales manager Emin, in my typical experience buying a car is very exhausting process but Emin was very friendly never pushed for anything that didn’t seem interested to me. He worked with me on bad credit and got the best rate compared to other dealers/banks. It really took me an hour to decide on car since I had already looked at it through online and rest the process was very smooth. Never pushed on buying extended and gap warranties (even though mostly the only way for them to make money except financing). Overall very pleased with my experience, will be going back for another SUV and recommend other to check out this place as well. Talk to Emin and he won’t waste your valuable time.
2019 Ford Expedition Max review
We bought our expedition in 2022 used with 23k miles. Got the cam phasers replaced right away under warranty. Other than that the only thing needing work was the front axle seal. Replaced under warranty as well. Overall an excellent vehicle. We occasionally get a weird or harsh shift but that happens maybe once a month and doesn’t cause any drivability issues. Lastly, I had to unplug the hands free power liftgate sensor as it had a tendency to close on you while you were loading groceries. Not a big deal to do without imo. The versatility of the interior is top notch if you have multiple kids in car seats. The cargo area is huge on the max. The base stereo could be better but it’s not bad. Comfy on long roadtrips. We have the max tow package and tow our 6500lb boat all summer and it handles it with ease. We average about 16 mpg but we don’t drive it gently. We checked out the suburban before we bought this and I wasn’t a fan of the seat versatility or lack there-of and the very high rear cargo floor.

2018 Ford Expedition Max review
We are a tall family and tried every single vehicle on the market before finding the roomy max and falling in love. Plenty of legroom in all 3 rows for over 6-footers like us, plus plenty of room to haul our Costco loads. Have only owned for less than a week, so can't speak to long- term, but we drove 1400 miles on Route 66 and were all very comfortable. Plenty of cupholders for everyone and phone chargers as well.

From entering the building to driving off the lot in my wife’s new car, everything was top notch. My sales guy, Raymond, his manager, Noe, and the finance man, Kevin, were all very helpful and made this one of my best buying experiences ever. I highly recommend Joe Myers Toyota.

CarMax Austin SouthReviews
CarMax Austin South review
The overall experience was fine but I was just not used to this business model. I bought a $70,000 used vehicle and after having dealt with the Land Rover and Mercedes dealerships for years, the customer service at CarMax is just not up to their level. But I guess that was how I paid $2500 - $5,000 less than what other dealers were charging for the same car.

Auto Boutique TexasReviews
Auto Boutique Texas review
I recently had an exceptional car shopping experience at Auto Boutique. From the moment I walked through the door, the staff was incredibly responsive, addressing all my queries with patience and professionalism. They were genuinely helpful, guiding me through the process without any pressure, ensuring I felt informed about my choices. The politeness of everyone at Auto Boutique was particularly noteworthy; they made me feel valued and respected throughout my visit. I have not yet found a car that perfectly matched my needs but left with a positive impression of what customer service should be. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a smooth and pleasant car buying journey.
