Bought a used 2014 ford focus SE. We’ve had it for a few days now and we are really enjoying it. Juan Colon was very helpful and helped us every step of the way. We had an issue when we drove off the lot that required us to leave the car in the dealership overnight. Thankfully the service center repaired the problem and we were able to take it home the next day. Juan and his manager were able to give us a loaner vehicle so we can go home in peace as we traded in our vehicle for the Ford Focus. I am so appreciative of the open communication and getting updates as we really needed to have our car for the upcoming work week. I am very satisfied with my purchase. Charissa and Tyler worked really hard to get us the Telluride that worked best for our family! They both had great communication and weren't pushy. 2024 Ford Expedition Max review
Previous minivan owner we didn’t realize we had out grown our minivan till we realized the amount of space in our new truck. We have 4 active kids from 5-15 that are in multiple sports. We travel a fair amount both to the airport and on road trips. So our new vehicle needed to get all of us and luggage wherever we’re going. So far this is doing it.
