Previous minivan owner we didn’t realize we had out grown our minivan till we realized the amount of space in our new truck. We have 4 active kids from 5-15 that are in multiple sports. If you go here, ask for Madison! She made us feel like we were the most important customers and was quick to give suggestions and answers. I went in with a lot of knowledge on what I was looking for, but she knew enough about the truck I mentioned to suggest other models that would fit my needs as well. She is very compassionate, knowledgable and professional. Sam also assisted in our sales process and was very knowledgeable and friendly. When it came time to discuss finances with the floor manager who spends 30 seconds giving a price on used cars, I almost walked away. I was lied to and insulted significantly, regarding our trade-ins and knowledge on pricing. We felt we were given the run-around and, had my fiancé not stepped in to mediate the conversation, I would have walked away and withdrawn the idea of ever purchasing a truck from this Murfreesboro GMC dealer. We also got home and found that our loan had been written for $2,000 higher than we agreed to - luckily they fixed it, but what if I hadn't caught that? Overall I am glad I purchased from this dealer, but I think my positive outlook on it would have been much different if we hadn't started off on the right foot with Madison.

2019 Ford Expedition Max review
We bought our expedition in 2022 used with 23k miles. Got the cam phasers replaced right away under warranty. Other than that the only thing needing work was the front axle seal. Replaced under warranty as well. Overall an excellent vehicle. We occasionally get a weird or harsh shift but that happens maybe once a month and doesn’t cause any drivability issues. Lastly, I had to unplug the hands free power liftgate sensor as it had a tendency to close on you while you were loading groceries. Not a big deal to do without imo. The versatility of the interior is top notch if you have multiple kids in car seats. The cargo area is huge on the max. The base stereo could be better but it’s not bad. Comfy on long roadtrips. We have the max tow package and tow our 6500lb boat all summer and it handles it with ease. We average about 16 mpg but we don’t drive it gently. We checked out the suburban before we bought this and I wasn’t a fan of the seat versatility or lack there-of and the very high rear cargo floor.

First I would like to say that I HIGHLY recommend this dealer. The sales person we dealt with was ( BOB DURHAM ) This guy is out of this world. He's genuine, very nice personality and he went to great lengths to take the time to explain every little detail. He was a walking owners manual. We originally took our 2012 CR-v in for service. So we went out and looked at the vehicles on the lot. Bob drove up and started talking and that made us look even more at the Ridgeline we were looking at. We decided to get a price for our car. They gave us a very very good price, one we did not expect. So we sat down and started bouncing numbers back and forth. It took very little time to reach a deal. The rest is us driving out with a 2023 Ridgeline. We absolutely love this dealer and especially the way Bob went out of his way to meet every aspect of this sale to meet our needs and wishes. The dealership was immaculately clean in every way. There was only one aspect we were unhappy with. The detailing of the vehicle took an unusually long time. Bob kept going back 3 times to see if he could speed things up but we feel they took too much time. That was the only item we were unhappy with. The owner needs to do something about that. Needless to say this dealer met every aspect of a perfect deal for both the dealer and us. The owner should reward Bob Durham in some way for his sales skills. If every deal went like ours did he would have an empty lot to deal with. Our thanks to the owner and especially Bob Durham for making our purchase a memorable one. To the rest of the sales staff if a deal seems unreachable, ask Bob he may just have an idea to put money in your pocket. Thanks again.
