I came to Scottsdale at the beginning of May looking to purchase a pre-owned Audi or BMW. I threw Lexus into the mix as my daughter had worked for a Lexus dealership and told me how great the brand was. So, my wife and I went into Bell Lexus late one morning where we were introduced to our sales representative, Wally Plachcinski. Long story short, we had committed to buying a used RX350 AWD before the day was over. Wally was a great salesperson! He attentively listened to what we considered essential vs. desirable and after seeing three different cars, he presented a fourth and it was perfect for us. During the sales process, including the dreaded financial portion which Joon made painless and smooth, there was never a hint of pressure, just options with the advantages and disadvantages presented. The financial piece for us, coming in from outside the USA, was complex. However, Bell Lexus worked with us to ensure our needs were met while their interests were protected. In the end, the transaction was completed smoothly. One interesting piece was that the second key FOB was missing and this presented a challenge for Wally to sort out. But, as promised within three days, he had recovered the FOB and made arrangements for us to receive it even though he was unavailable. Great service! This was overall one of THE best experiences I've had in purchasing any of the 20+ cars I've owned. It is a great dealership to visit at any time and for any reason, well run, immaculate and with a great little waiting area supported by pleasant wait staff who are eager to please. A confirmed German-made car owner, I am now a Lexus convert. Wally's attention to detail and great service was the spark that lit the fire for that conversion. He is highly recommended!

2012 Ford Explorer review
It has been a very good car except a couple of times I have had a very hard time turning & now there is a popping in the front when turning the wheel especially backing up. I called Ford & they told me if I live on a dirt road that year is notorius for getting dirt up in the suspension. They said they could change it out & charge me several hundred dollars & I would be right back in next year with the same problem. However I am kinda worried about this & hauling my grandchildren & others around. I asked if they had that much problem why are they not recalled with a new part that doesn't do that??

2012 Ford Explorer review
This car is great if you're moving a lot of people or cargo. It's a great towing machine (I towed campers and boats with it, never had a problem) and comfortably seats 7. It may not be as "manly" looking as a huge pickup, but it's a practical choice. If you're looking for a affordable car to put your whole family while towing the boat to the lake, this is the one for you.

I test drove 4 cars, and Andy was super nice about letting me test drive all the vehicles I wanted to look at. they had 3 options on site and another at another location here in the springs. I just came to test drive the first day and was planning on going home and sleeping on it. And they had no problem with that and just provided a phone number to reach out. No pushy salesman tactics you see at most auto dealers, by the salesman, manager, or financing manager. I came back the next morning to talk numbers. I did my research on the vehicle and they were very transparent with me throughout the whole process. Like any dealership, negotiation skills are helpful, but I truly believe based off my experience that this dealership is truly not out to scam you. I got the EXACT car I wanted, for a veryyy competitive price. I am 100% coming back here as far as I’m concerned.

2012 Ford Explorer review
We have owned a 2012 explorer since it was brand new. Lots of room for cargo. Lots of leg room Powerful We do routine oil changes on it Amd fix whatever needs tending to…..Our yearly to year and a half maintenance that needs doing is rear bushings that run about 350 The paint chipped on the front hood a few years back but no rust there yet. I am starting to notice a bit of rust starting down by driver door probably from salt from the roads in our Canadian winters. But it handles amazing on ice and snow (with winter tires of course). Driver door rear has started to unstitch. The original Headlights were phenomenal to see down our dark deer filled hiways. However we changed them out and they are not in comparison to what we had. We also just changed our brakes. For having 282+ KMs in it. I will be driving it until it drops

In the future, I will choose to checkout Oakley's before going anywhere else when looking for a new ride because we left that place with a new Chevy AND some new friends! Not the fake kind that sales people learn to pretend to be. But the kind of friends who you always wonder about and pray for down the road.
