2023 Ford Explorer review
This is the first explorer that I have owned in nearly 30 years. I am coming from a ram 1500. I am surprised how comfortable this explorer is I’m really enjoying the gas mileage between 21 to 23 in town. I have not taken a trip on the highway yet.

Apple play used to connect but no longer does. Didn’t notice passenger door wasn’t installed properly until I took a road trip and the noise!!! Drivers side arm rest squeaks as though it’s about to come apart. Very noisy engine over 40 mph.

Quiet, comfortable and powerful car. I have the twin turbo that puts out 400 hp. General gas mileage is 19-20 city and 24-25 highway. The only thing that I would change on this vehicle is that I would like to be able to turn off some of the automatic operations on a semi-permanent basis.

Excellent customer service with Tatiana at All American Ford. She was professional at all times and represented the company well. Very thorough with the sign in process and follow-up!! Most importantly Tatiana kept me informed throughout the wait process for the car repair. She also explained the final invoice with knowledge and adeptness. The waiting area was clean, well lit and provided adequate accommodations. Bathroom rooms were clean and WiFi acceptable. The remainder of the All American team was courteous. Satisfied overall with my experience! I only wish the repair costs weren’t so high. It’s seems All American is on the high side of repair costs. Let’s work on those high cost ratios All American. The costs might have me changing All American as my service provider. Final note: I wasn’t informed until the time of payment there was a limit on the percentage of the final bill that could be placed on my charge card. Really??!! This caused me to leave the shop walk across the main highway on hot, humid day and find a Chase bank to withdraw the balance of the payment needed. Unnecessary and a hardship for your customers. 2023 Ford Explorer review
Have only had vehicle for 3 weeks but really like it. I’ve had F150’s for the past 12 years and thought I’d miss my truck, but I’m really enjoying this explorer. It’s more comfortable and fun to drive and the gas mileage is better.
