I had never purchased from Jim O'Neil before. A few of my favorite people in the auto dealer industry moved there. Jim O'Neil gained a few of the best and I would put this dealership at the top in the area for it. When we purchased the vehicle it was obvious they went through and did an inspection, and fixed anything that needed fixing. Used cars come in all shapes, sizes, and conditions. And to see everything on the service record that they fixed, was a sign of attention to detail that many other dealerships lack. That was refreshing to see, and moved my confidence level up in this dealership. The sales people in there are great. Financing team is awesome. Over all it was a great experience. Ive dealt with Neil and Jay in there for years. And have bought quite a few vehicles from them. I can not elaborate enough on how easy the car buying experience is with them. Its smooth and painless, as it should be. They answer any questions you have with honesty and integrity. Neil himself is very knowledgeable with cars. So I trust the answers he gives me. And Jay is one of the best finance guys around, and is extremely knowledgeable as well. If you're looking for a good place to pick up a new whip I suggest checking out Jim O'Neil. I know we glad we did, they gained a repeat customer!

2023 Ford Explorer review
This is the first explorer that I have owned in nearly 30 years. I am coming from a ram 1500. I am surprised how comfortable this explorer is I’m really enjoying the gas mileage between 21 to 23 in town. I have not taken a trip on the highway yet.

2023 Ford Explorer review
Apple play used to connect but no longer does. Didn’t notice passenger door wasn’t installed properly until I took a road trip and the noise!!! Drivers side arm rest squeaks as though it’s about to come apart. Very noisy engine over 40 mph.

Have only had vehicle for 3 weeks but really like it. I’ve had F150’s for the past 12 years and thought I’d miss my truck, but I’m really enjoying this explorer. It’s more comfortable and fun to drive and the gas mileage is better.
