Had a rear brake pad failure and pad was cutting into the rotor. Luckily I was close to Rusty Wallace Chevrolet. I use my vehicle for work so I needed repaired ASAP. I spoke to a service advisor about my situation and she was awesome. They got me in right away and advised the front pads were worn as well and suggested replacement. They repaired my truck and had me ready to go in a little over an hour.

Had synthetic oil change, tire rotation , and multi point inspection completed on 2015 Camry . TJ was the service advisor and was extremely friendly and helpful. The tech was Matt Nunamaker and got everything done in record amount of time . I had dropped vehicle off at about 1040 and everything was complete by 1117. Only 37 minutes to complete all that , usually it takes at least 1 hr - 1 1/2 hours at other Toyota dealers. Thanks for everyone being professional and servicing my daughter’s vehicle that she uses to get from college in Knoxville back home to Virgina . Appreciate it very much !!!

My last vehicle took 4hrs to purchase , a pain at another dealership. It maybe took a little over an hour from time I drove onto the lot. This is the first explorer that I have owned in nearly 30 years. I am coming from a ram 1500. I am surprised how comfortable this explorer is I’m really enjoying the gas mileage between 21 to 23 in town. I have not taken a trip on the highway yet.

2023 Ford Explorer review
Quiet, comfortable and powerful car. I have the twin turbo that puts out 400 hp. General gas mileage is 19-20 city and 24-25 highway. The only thing that I would change on this vehicle is that I would like to be able to turn off some of the automatic operations on a semi-permanent basis.

This dealership was very responsive about this recall after I called numerous other Ford dealerships to have them tell me I could not tow my vehicle to their location due to construction or inform me this part was not available and I would have to be placed on a waiting list. The helpful staff at the service department were great and I appreciate their respect and kindness during this very stressful time. 2023 Ford Explorer review
Have only had vehicle for 3 weeks but really like it. I’ve had F150’s for the past 12 years and thought I’d miss my truck, but I’m really enjoying this explorer. It’s more comfortable and fun to drive and the gas mileage is better.

2023 Ford Explorer review
Apple play used to connect but no longer does. Didn’t notice passenger door wasn’t installed properly until I took a road trip and the noise!!! Drivers side arm rest squeaks as though it’s about to come apart. Very noisy engine over 40 mph.
