I haven't bought a car since 2008 and I have been waiting to buy the Bronco Sport which is a job in itself!!! So I was a little nervous after all the time. My salesman Russ walked me through the purchase with kid gloves. He patiently waited till I was completely comfortable with the terms and most of all never once made me fear of losing the car I wanted. Absolutely no pressure at all and this made my experience pleasant and most of all I grew to trust him like I have known him forever. I am a Real Estate Broker and I know what a Hard Sell is. He treated me as I would a first time homebuyer. Once I was ready came in Orlando to finish the deal. His humor and relationship with Russ made me feel comfortable and secure. Orlando did his job with explaining the Options and was never pushy and enjoyable to work with. The end process is what everyone warns you about. With Orlando he took what I wanted and listened to my concerns and made it work. No I did not buy them All but I took the ones that made since for me. Honestly a pleasure to work with these guys!!! Only four stars for financing/Buying Process as they lowballed my FJ Cruiser. Thats an emotional opinion :)

2023 Ford Explorer review
Have only had vehicle for 3 weeks but really like it. I’ve had F150’s for the past 12 years and thought I’d miss my truck, but I’m really enjoying this explorer. It’s more comfortable and fun to drive and the gas mileage is better.

2023 Ford Explorer review
Apple play used to connect but no longer does. Didn’t notice passenger door wasn’t installed properly until I took a road trip and the noise!!! Drivers side arm rest squeaks as though it’s about to come apart. Very noisy engine over 40 mph.

2023 Ford Explorer review
Quiet, comfortable and powerful car. I have the twin turbo that puts out 400 hp. General gas mileage is 19-20 city and 24-25 highway. The only thing that I would change on this vehicle is that I would like to be able to turn off some of the automatic operations on a semi-permanent basis.

I was involved in a terrible car accident on March 4, 2026, driving home after work, the driver of a Nissan came out of nowhere, he failed to stop at the stop sign and jetted out of a parking lot in front of me causing me to collide into his vehicle T-boning into his vehicle, I didn’t have time to brake, all I saw and heard was crashing noise and my airbags deployed totaling my 2019 Chevrolet Equinox, I hadn’t had a car payment in five in a half years, I was left in shock and heartbroken, we all say what we want to achieve in life however the Lord has his own plans. My daughter Deidra and Seven year old granddaughter Journee-Reign, met Mr. Lance Noel who’s a wonderful warmhearted caring salesman, I shared my story with him, he listened and understood the message, Mr. Lance allowed me to test drive the MLC 300 and without delay I was sold, Mr. Lance Noel knew exactly what my heart wanted. Mr. Lance introduced me and my kids to Mr. Steve, his manager who was even more heartfelt and caring, Mr. Noel and Steve gave me a deal I couldn’t refuse, my MLC 300 arrived from Texas on March 9,2026, Mr. Noel called me and told me that I can come pickup my vehicle. I truly owe him a lot, I thank Christ for making a way when I saw no way. 2023 Ford Explorer review
This is the first explorer that I have owned in nearly 30 years. I am coming from a ram 1500. I am surprised how comfortable this explorer is I’m really enjoying the gas mileage between 21 to 23 in town. I have not taken a trip on the highway yet.
