2023 Ford Explorer review
Apple play used to connect but no longer does. Didn’t notice passenger door wasn’t installed properly until I took a road trip and the noise!!! Drivers side arm rest squeaks as though it’s about to come apart. Very noisy engine over 40 mph.

This was the 4th vehicle we've bought from Leitheiser over the years, so you know they must be doing things the right way. We found a great used car again (1 previous owner, very low mileage, and in great condition). It's easy to compare prices with the internet, and Leitheiser offers a better price compared to the larger dealerships. I was pre-approved for a loan thru my Credit Union. Chuck called them once we decided on a price, and the paperwork was completed very quickly. Very easy buying process. If you're searching for a vehicle, do yourself a favor and at least check them out before you buy.
2023 Ford Explorer review
Quiet, comfortable and powerful car. I have the twin turbo that puts out 400 hp. General gas mileage is 19-20 city and 24-25 highway. The only thing that I would change on this vehicle is that I would like to be able to turn off some of the automatic operations on a semi-permanent basis.

My email correspondence left a lot to be desired when the manager blatantly told me that the car I was looking at was not possible in my price range and did not even send over any alternates, just stopped communicating. I decided to take a chance and still test drive the car I wanted and Meagan was a great sales person. She did additional research on the car and was not pushy but very thorough. Luckily Chad was the manager on staff the day we came and he made the deal happen Rich said was not possible. The buying process was the quickest I have ever experienced and we didn't have to spend half a day waiting in the dealership. Overall I am happy with our purchase and sales experience but the initial disappointment is still a factor.

He’s actually a genuine salesman which is rare to find these days. I went in nervous and came out with a vehicle I loved and at peace with the price. 4 months into my lease, I got rear ended at a red light and the person totaled my car. I lost out on the $7,000 I put down on the vehicle but miles went above and beyond and so did the finance manager in helping me anyway they could to make things work with the same vehicle I just had. I’ve never have been taken care of so well at a dealership. They don’t treat you like a number here, they treat you like family. 2023 Ford Explorer review
This is the first explorer that I have owned in nearly 30 years. I am coming from a ram 1500. I am surprised how comfortable this explorer is I’m really enjoying the gas mileage between 21 to 23 in town. I have not taken a trip on the highway yet.
