Apple play used to connect but no longer does. Didn’t notice passenger door wasn’t installed properly until I took a road trip and the noise!!! Drivers side arm rest squeaks as though it’s about to come apart. Very noisy engine over 40 mph.

This is my first experience with Fletcher Jones and it has been a good one so far. Buying a car long distance, sight unseen is always a bit of a challenge and potentially a risk. Have only had vehicle for 3 weeks but really like it. I’ve had F150’s for the past 12 years and thought I’d miss my truck, but I’m really enjoying this explorer. It’s more comfortable and fun to drive and the gas mileage is better.

Quiet, comfortable and powerful car. I have the twin turbo that puts out 400 hp. General gas mileage is 19-20 city and 24-25 highway. The only thing that I would change on this vehicle is that I would like to be able to turn off some of the automatic operations on a semi-permanent basis.

This is the first explorer that I have owned in nearly 30 years. I am coming from a ram 1500. I am surprised how comfortable this explorer is I’m really enjoying the gas mileage between 21 to 23 in town. I have not taken a trip on the highway yet.

I cannot recommend Eddie Aguilar at California Motors Direct enough! If you want a salesperson who is terrifically professional and truly on your side, this is the guy. Mr. Escobar was very good in explaining the different parts of the vehicle. Everyone was very friendly and made sure I was taken care of. Only problem was parking near the dealership is limited, with parking meters near the facility. Even calling the facility I was told to park where ever I could. Fortunately Mr. Escobar reached me and allowed me to parking within the facility. Good thing he did for I would have left.

I worked with salesman Travis and he walked me through the whole process with no pressure. He is definitely an expert on Raptors and let me know everything about it. I will definitely be enjoying my Raptor out of in Jurassic Park aka 405 fwy
