Spitzer Kia ClevelandReviews
Spitzer Kia Cleveland review
What a fantastic buying experience from start to finish! I was greeted buy salesman Luis Luna when first entering the dealership. We got right down to business. I told Luis what I was looking for, went on a test drive, and back to the dealership to finalize the transaction. What a great vice at the dealership. I spoke to many people at the dealership at my relatively short stay. I got what I wanted and headed home with my Telluride! From Luis my salesman to the General Sales Manager to the finance manager to the cashiers, everyone was so friendly and positive! I am a big fan of Spitzer Kia West and I’m sure a future loyal customer! Thank you Luis Luna and the great people at Spitzer Kia West!

Carena MotorsReviews
Carena Motors review
I purchased a vehicle from Carena Motors as an out of state buyer and I honestly could not be happier with the experience. Buying a car from another state can come with a lot of uncertainty but the entire process was smooth transparent and stress free from start to finish. The vehicle was even cleaner than described which truly exceeded my expectations. The photos and description were accurate and there were no surprises when the car arrived. If anything it looked better in person. That alone says a lot about the integrity of this dealership. Kacper went above and beyond throughout the entire process. He was extremely responsive answered every question thoroughly and kept me informed at every step. He made sure all the paperwork and details were handled properly which made buying from out of state feel just as easy as buying locally. I absolutely love my BMW X5 and could not be happier with the purchase. It drives great and was clearly well cared for. It is clear that Carena Motors takes pride in their vehicles and in how they treat their customers. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone especially out of state buyers who are looking for an honest professional and straightforward car buying experience. I would not hesitate to do business with them again.

My salesman was Hope. She did a fantastic job at finding out what could work for me as someone who doesn’t have the best credit, she was very patient and didn’t give up when I couldn’t get approved for certain cars. Very sweet.

North Coast Mitsubishi of Akron review
Shout outs r due when u meet someone that goes up and beyond ur expectations, that does not just they job but moves to make a customer happy in every form possible. I believe in reviews that share the good and bad and let others find help! With this being said I want to say Brooke Norman thank you!!!! I watch her run (literally) to make sure my request was getting done as I was throwing them at her. I texted call and push and not once did she not respond with out a smile and a vibrant attitude each time. I want to say thank you very much I appreciate all ur work to please me and that's what means the most in sells knowing Ull never see them and knowing the car was sold u still did ur thing. My bad part is yes it took a while inside for me but again I was asking for a lot and besides the car smoke smell that I'm treating today. I can't say there wasn't no negative side. Shout out to Emily and the guys up in the box that worked over 2 hours to make sure that I was leaving happy and got what I asked for. Nothing is perfect but good customer service and feeling heard and understood will go a long way. THANK YOU BROOKE!!!!!! 😊

Liberty Ford VermilionReviews
Liberty Ford Vermilion review
Went for a ride on Sunday and spotted the style F 150 truck my husband had been looking for. Liked the truck, low mileage and the price wasn't bad. Called Liberty Ford on Monday and Jeff Looney did a great job of answering my questions and also went out of his way seeing what other options were available to us. I spoke with my husband, we went to our bank to check out financing and before I could call Jeff to let him know we were coming out to test drive the truck, he called me to let me know someone else was looking at it. We told him we were on our way anyways and he kept us aware of what was going on. Everything went smoothly with Jeff's help. We traded in our 2014 Ford F-150, got a decent price, did some paperwork with Nate (who wasn't feeling well but was still very pleasant and professional) and we were on our way home with a really nice truck. It is hard to find a vehicle nowadays without all the whistles and bells so this truck was perfect for us. Thank you so much, Jeff, Nate and all the behind the scenes personnel that made this possible!

Classic Ford of MadisonReviews
Classic Ford of Madison review
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Truly Exceptional Experience at Classic Ford of Madison I want to thank Classic Ford of Madison for making my car-buying experience truly special. From the moment I arrived, I felt respected, heard, and valued. The team took the time to understand my needs, worked with me patiently, and gave me a deal that felt fair and generous. I especially want to praise Elias Arias, my salesperson. Elias was knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely committed to helping me find the right vehicle. He made the process smooth and stress-free, and his professionalism stood out from the start. It’s rare to find someone who treats you like more than just a sale—and Elias did exactly that. This dealership is a gem. I’ll be recommending Classic Ford of Madison to anyone looking for a car and will absolutely return when it’s time for my next one. Thank you again for everything! —Yolanda Andolsek

Bought a used Edge and it was the best experience I've had with a dealership due to Dave Golini. His no pressure demeanor and engaging personality made for a fun and smooth transaction. Upfront pricing, good negotiation on my trade and I feel he really went the extra mile for me. I would highly recommend Dave!
