Viva Chrysler Dodge JeepReviews
Viva Chrysler Dodge Jeep review
My overall experience was satisfactory our advisor Joseph Melendez kept us inform while my vehicle was being serviced. The only issue I had was picking up my vehicle I had to wait to be cashed out Joseph Melendez asked Drew Montenasco if he could cash me out he was attending another customer and he refused to. I waited at least 20 minutes before someone else was able to do it.
2025 Ford Explorer review
Driving experience is great. Either engine is plenty of power but even the base 2.3l is very fast. Rear wheel drive bias is noticeable in driving dynamics making it fun to drive. The new Google based infotainment system one of the best in the industry in my opinion.. Almost don't even need a phone with how smart it is. Blue cruise is very convenient for long monotonous highway drives if equipped

El Paso HondaReviews
El Paso Honda review
More Than a 5 Star rating if there ever was one needed. The greatest fear of any motorist is having an emergency repair situation when traveling. I am not from El Paso but on the Friday the 26th of September an unfortunate circumstance concerning my 2025 Honda Accord bearly a month old needed some serious ER type service while traveling from Las Cruces back to my home town of San Antonio. I left Las Cruces at 4 a.m. and just as I was leaving El Paso I pulled off to get some gas. It was still dark and I misjudged a curb duing my exit/ entrance into the access into the gas station resulting in some serious under-carriage damage. I had to turnaorund and head to the nearest Honda dealership. God and his angles were watching over me. I was ther at the dealership an roughly anhour and a half before opening. There was a porterwaiting at the gate then Sally Zubi showed up to aid in opening up the dealership. She was so kind, caring and empathet to my situation and assured me that they would take care of me. Allowed me to use the facilities to try and relax. Nestor the parts dept. expert did a search and found exactly what was needed to get me back to SA safely and said it was a part that was rarely in stock but was on site. Then Richard Guzman and Bobby Dominguez arrived. This team of immeadiately gathered in the parts dept. and asked me to wait in the outer seating area. I was later called in and taken to the garage area. All but nestor were present and they had me take pics of the damage and told me the plan of what could be done to get me back safely and at what cost. These individuals have my highrest admiration and respect. They are in the people business to serve it just so happens it is in the auto indutry. Quality , empathy, and caring. They could have taken me for a ride but were so upfront and honest in there approach that they have restored my faith in the sevice industry in general. These are a special group of people and El Paso Honda is beyond blessed to have them in their emplyment. The city of El Paso has a gift in this dealership, bar none they are legit and are genuine in what they do for their cusomers. Thank you so much!!!

I would like to thank Sebastian Moncayo, Service Advisor, at VIva Nissan as well as Anisa who helped me schedule my recall service. Matthew and his helper came to my home to pick up my 2023 Rogue because I am pretty much homebound these days except for going to medical appointments. Now my recall has been checked, my oil has been changed, I have a new filter, and everything has been evaluated. I can't thank all of you enough! I appreciate your kindness and your special care for me today. I would recommend Viva Nissan to anyone. Thank you so much! Jan Palmer

Superstition Springs LexusReviews
Superstition Springs Lexus review
this is a new experience, internet car buying. i been browsing for a week or two when a 2025, 812 mils, fair price jeep, grand cherokee was aired at superstition springs lexus. mesa, az scared me, i'm prescott,az.. my contact initially was mayra. she answered key questions. i was determined to see this suv.. before leaving i was contacted by john meyers. he was going to be my sales person. i hoped he knew something about jeeps. my terms were, reasonable trade in for my honda, CRV, jeep had as advertised, and cash difference. john walked me through the jeep details. i was quite pleased with his knowledge from front to back, he knew jeeps. after a test dr. the wheels went into motion. a women, i believe was called heather made sure i had coffee, water, and snacks. the sales process was in motion, john was busy, alerting every office involved in my purchase. i was out and on the road after several hrs. it was a good experience. i like my jeep!
2025 Ford Explorer review
I purchased a 2025 Ford Explorer Platinum with the 3.0 liter 6 cyclinder. The car has lots of power and drives well. It has lots of acceleration and easily pulls a 5000 lb trailer. Things I like about the car: 1. Heated and cooled front massage seats. On a long drive the massage seats are fabulous! 2. Very good radio/sound system 3. Wireless Apple/Android connectivity 4. Lots of cargo space What I dislike: 1. Gas mileage between 19-22 mpg 2. Lane departure system annoying 3. Had a rattle noise in the front of the car at 9000 miles that the dealer could not find. At 11,000 miles, the rattle mysteriously went away. No idea what is going on here. 4. Sometimes when I open the rear hatch, the chime sounds loudly, The next time it does not sound at all. Wish I could just turn it off. ??

Roswell FordReviews
Roswell Ford review
Our 2004 pickup gave up the ghost hauling our big living quarter horse trailer across White Sands. We decided that our best option was to find a new truck with the capability to haul the trailer home. This was not an easy feat given the late time of day and limited inventory in the dealerships. Luckily we found Adam at Roswell Ford. He not only got the deal done in record time, he delivered the truck to us in Alamogordo (2 hours away) late that night, helped us get the trailer hooked up and gave us detailed instructions of the vehicle as we returned him to the dealership. He was definitely our knight in shining armor. And we also love the truck. Never thought we would purchase a vehicle like that, but when life gives you lemons...

Sewell Ford Lincoln review
The service advisers are great, especially Rick Ramirez who always has a big smile and works hard to help me with any issues I may have. I always appreciate the people greeting me at the door as I walk in and even the folks that are cleaning the building as they open for the day, all were very courteous and helpful when I asked for directions in the new dealership's building. I was impressed to see Mr. Sewell in early to work and his greeting each employee by name and with a smile. you can definitely see the top down positive, pleasant attitude and professionalism is present as everyone I came in contact with were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The ONLY suggestion I would offer is to somehow shorten the 4 to 6 week waiting time to get into the shop for repairs. That being said, my recall repairs only took about 30 min. to perform before I was back out the door and on my way. We are fortunate to have this dealership in the Permian Basin both to serve our community and to be a fine example of how to run a business. Well done Mr. Sewell, your Grand Father would be proud of you, Love the new Cafe by the way...
