I purchased a brand new, 2023 Ford F-150 Raptor. Form the very beginning with my initial inquiry that started with speaking with Kaylee, followed by Jonah in finance, the sales manager Tyree and then ultimately the representative who worked with me, Logan - this was nothing short of an easy and pleasurable experience. I never felt pushed, I was offered a test drive (which I took) and Logan was very personable and made me feel at ease during the test drive. After the drive Logan was extremely thorough in going through all of the features of the vehicle. He was open to any and all questions and concerns, and where he wasn't 100% sure of something, he was 100% sure he would find out and provide the answers needed. From start to finish this was an incredibly simple and extremely friendly process. Living approximately one hour away from the dealership, the experience made it completely worth the ride to and from the dealership and not only would I HIGHLY recommend Ciocca Ford of Quakertown, but I would HIGHLY recommend Logan Young as your Sales Associate. Na'eem was great! I came in to look at a 2013 Ford Fusion and he was helpful, knowledgeable and fair. They had just gotten the car in so hadn't had a chance to detail yet. We purchased that day and he made sure the car got cleaned up the way it should be, even thought the sale was already done!

The dealer offers pick up and delivery. Someone from the dealership drives to your house, picks up your car, takes it to be serviced, and returns it to your house. Best of all this is a free service. I am disabled and this option was remarkably easy for me to use. I even booked online. It couldn?t have been easier.
