I did not think I could make a deal to trade my Ram for an F150, but Nirvana made it work. She kept working until she found a truck that worked for us. Great service and tenacity. Thank you.

Bill Utter Ford review
The dealership was fantastic overall. I worked with Charles Van Horn. He was great, very accommodating and laid back. Lane in finance was very difficult to work with, however. A simple task ended up taking several weeks, his communication and service was extremely poor. That is the only reason the review isn't 5 stars. I will probably go back for my next vehicle because of how great everything else was though.

McDavid FordReviews
McDavid Ford review
Going in for a Ford and coming out with my dream ram was not what I was expecting from a Ford dealership, but that kind of versatility is what one can expect coming from David McDavid Ford in fort worth. Coming from the cold northern winters and ever salted roads of Wisconsin growing up, I was eager to see what a southern state had to offer for used vehicles. I had gotten a recommendation for David McDavid Ford from my brother who had an excellent experience aswell with our new salesman, and dare I say. friend, Jason Reed, who had listend and made note of every little detail of what we wanted, and our budgets, to make sure we were put into the PERFECT trucks. I have never felt more welcome and taken care of outside of a family holiday. If your in the market, and your even remotely close to the area, making a trip to David McDavid Ford in Fort Worth, Texas is a MUST for a new or used vehicle. And if your lucky enough to land on the other side of the desk from Jason, skip the casino for a while because you just hit the jackpot!

Five Star FordReviews
Five Star Ford review
My wife's 2017 Edge Titanium needed service because the "wrench" light came on. Dropped it off and met with Odie Terry, our Service Advisor. Odie informed us that it will be a day or 2 before a tech could get to it because they are always so busy. Odie called me a couple of days later and said the battery wasn't getting enough volts to the sensors, creating numerous error codes. Replaced the battery and one code came back as a torque converter issue. Once we found out they would be keeping it awhile Odie arranged a rental car for us. Turns out the transmission needed a complete overhaul. Thank God for the 5 year/60k mile power train warranty, which covered everything! Took about a week but once we got it back it drove like a dream! Odie called me every 2 days to give me a progress report. He made what was a major inconvenience much more bearable. It's nice to know there's a dealership close to us we can totally trust to service our Edge and do everything right. Hats off to you Odie Terry, you are a true professional and an outstanding ambassador to the Ford Motor Company!

Five Star Ford review
I found a truck on cars.Com and did the normal thing sending a request to ensure it was available. Mel reached out to me via an email message and mentioned that he would contact me later in the day. He called me later that afternoon. After that very calm conversation, he gave me very solid reassurances that a different Ford dealership had lied to me about some things.. I already had pre approved financing at my credit union, so this was a fairly straight forward process. Mel made this process so easy. I'm not a youngster with no experience. I know how this process should go. This was not my first truck buying experience. Mel is a true professional and an asset to not only his profession, but to Five Star Ford. He's a rare find in this industry. This was the easiest and most positive truck buying experience in my life! Thank you to Mr. Melvin Seibel!

Marissa went above and beyond. She had the keys ready, vehicle history printed out, and walked the truck with me. She knows her stuff. She set the bar in customer compared to the other dealerships. I'll will look first to work with her and Five Star from here on out.

Recently visited Haggerty Ford for a routine oil change and post-winter checkup. Activity was completed on time and service department even washed the car for me. John explained the results of my checkup and reduced margin for rear brakes. All was good.
