Getting service on your vehicle is never something you really want to do, but you know you have to at some point. This staff makes it nice and easy, and even pleasant with smiles and "how are you". Making certain you know where to go while you wait for you service needs. From drop-off to office cashier and all between, thank you for the excellent service

Although pricey, this truck is awesome to drive . Very sharp looking and runs fast! I highly recommend ! We went from a Flex to this car and it was a seamless transition.

I love my ST all except for seating. I’m just not a fan of European style seating soo we had an upholstery shop up grade them. Sooo much fun to drive! Great gas mileage considering I’m a lead foot. And when needed you can put a full 4x8 sheet of plywood in the back.

My wife and myself came to this dealership for the second time in 5 years to purchase another vehicle. On December 30,2025 , we came here without an appointment to see Frank Tucci. To my surprise, he had a deal for us and a warranty advisor for us the next day. We purchased our car the next day. Smiles everywhere. We never considered going any place else. I got a good deal !!

We had an outstanding experience working with Sam Jamoua at Varsity Lincoln! From the moment we walked in, Sam was kind, attentive, and genuinely focused on making sure we had a great experience. He even stayed late to accommodate our schedule, which we truly appreciated. He made the entire car-buying process smooth, stress-free, and easy from start to finish. Sam was patient with all of our questions, never made us feel rushed, and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about their customers and goes above and beyond, we highly recommend asking for Sam. Thank you for making what can often be a stressful experience such a positive one!

My first Ford I purchased from Russ Milne, 1967 Fairlane GTA. Loved that car. The salesman at that time was “Doc” Wilson. We have been dealing with Kellie Kraemer for many years now and we love her ♥️ We followed her from a different dealer. We would follow her anywhere. Her husband and son are always mosthelpful also. Thank You Kellie for being the best Barbara and Randy Frank

Bought a 23' explorer from George A. Smooth transaction... Was a great person to deal with.
2022 Ford Explorer review
I love this vehicle. My 2022 Ford Explorer XLT far exceeds my expectations. Handling is great. Performance is far better than expected. Gas mileage is 26mpg combined average for the 16,500 miles I have on the vehicle so far. The interior fit and finish could be better and the original tires...not holding up very well. The vehicle is comfortable and always a pleasure to drive. I always get compliments on the exterior style. In my opinion, it's one of the better looking SUV's on the road. The rear biased drive train give it superior handling, better than anything I test drove. Chevy, Subaru, or the Kia.

Wife's car ,working at home not many miles low 20k as of2024 June. Still I wonder about trans fluid because of time. Problem that bugs me is the radio. Static in AM off and on ,and of course the business station 1220am about the market. UGH!! Third lease of explorer, so low in miles ,made it a purchase. 🤞👍

I had a stripped lug. I purchased the lug nut and stud, they replaced it no charge. Much appreciated.
2021 Ford Explorer review
I often drive to the Michigan upper pennisula in the winter. This SUV has never disappointed me. One time I was driving up to Sault Ste Marie early in the morning. The road was slippery with blowing snow. The outside air temp was MINUS 41. i was alone with hardly ever seeing another vehicle. I kept thinking "trust this vehicle" because my life literally depended on it. I had no problems. And everything was on high - the defroster, rear defrost, heated steering wheel, heated seat, radio and keeping my phone charger plugged in. And in case you wonder why I would venture out in these conditions - I was called for jury duty and made it on time !! It has also gotten me out of deep snow.

2022 Ford Explorer review
I purchased the 2022 Timberline preowned about 1 month ago with appx 50k miles on it. I was disappointed that it does not have memory seats or a garage door remote button. (I didn't even notice this when test driving it). Who makes a car today with all the tech this car has and leaves off these 2 things! The interior is comfortable & well laid out. The ride is smooth & quiet. 2.3L turbo 4 cylinder is quiet & has amazing power. At idle it’s hard to tell that the engine is even running. The prior owner put on Michelin tires which contribute to the smooth, quiet ride. The seats are ActiveX (Ford’s name for vinyl) with cloth inserts. I’m 5’ 10” and 175lbs. My son who rode with me is 6’ 3” and 250lbs. Both of us found the seats comfortable & supportive on our 1st road trip. I’ve driven a Kia Telluride, which is a direct competitor. The Kia has a little more tech but I found the ride to be on the harsh side, especially in the second row. This may be attributable to the low profile 21” tires. The Timberline has 18” balloon tires which I much prefer. 2 weeks after purchasing it I made a 2,200-mile road trip from Dallas TX to Orgon. Fuel mileage ranged from 21 to 28 with an overall average of 24 mpg. *if I don’t drive over 70 mph on the highway the fuel economy goes up to about 32! *these numbers are from the actual miles & gallons of fuel used, not from the dash numbers, which I found are a little optimistic. It has a few bugs that I’ll have to deal with, but it’s a used Ford & not a Lexus. Overall, I'd say I'm very happy with this car & would recommend it.

I recently applied for a car from thrifty auto Sales In Westfield, Massachusetts, I received a call back from Mike. He wasn't a pushy salesman. He just actually was. I still interested in a vehicle which I was I've held off for six months without a car. I took a chance and I AM totally satisfied with the service Mike kept Istrate open and honest and I walked out with a 2021 Toyota Camry. I am very pleased with them. I would recommend them to anyone. I have troubled credit but they still worked with me. Thank you, Mike.

2023 Ford Explorer review
Have only had vehicle for 3 weeks but really like it. I’ve had F150’s for the past 12 years and thought I’d miss my truck, but I’m really enjoying this explorer. It’s more comfortable and fun to drive and the gas mileage is better.

2023 Ford Explorer review
Quiet, comfortable and powerful car. I have the twin turbo that puts out 400 hp. General gas mileage is 19-20 city and 24-25 highway. The only thing that I would change on this vehicle is that I would like to be able to turn off some of the automatic operations on a semi-permanent basis.

This was my third time utilizing the lease service ( Tyrenn Hines) and each time was a professional, successful and quality experience. For the above reasons Mr. Hines will always be my and my wife's future choice when it comes to salesman/dealership selection.

Bob Maxey LincolnReviews
Bob Maxey Lincoln review
I had a great experience working with Shanta McCool and Bob Maxey Lincoln. We recently purchased a 2022 Ford Transit from the dealership, and even though I live in Pennsylvania, they made the buying process a smooth one. Shanta was friendly and responsive, and I am very pleased with the purchase. I have purchased lots of vehicles over the years, and I would definitely recommend Bob Maxey to others. Shanta even followed up after the sale to make sure I was enjoying the vehicle.
2020 Ford Explorer review
I currently own a 2020 Ford Explorer XLT (used, bought with 50k miles). Before this I used to own a 2015 BMW X3 Xdrive28i. Now people reading this would be astounded to hear such a bad review for a german luxury vehicle. IT. WAS. TRASH. Sorry, BMW fanboys, but that is true. Anyways, coming back to the Explorer, it was a lot, lot better. Better mileage, Better comfort, A ton of space to even pack up to 5 large suitcases and five big boxes with only the third row down. Considerable performance and power for a massive three row SUV, compared to a “apocalypse ready, tough and rugged” Jeep Wrangler. Very sturdy car, fun to drive around. And really handy when you’re like me who decided to hit the road from Miami, FL to Cypress, TX (😁). I was worried whether evreything would fit in, but apparently there was way more space than that! Also if you are a parent with an infant, you will have NO problem fitting in a child seat. Another thing is that I use an iPhone and my wife uses a Samsung. It is compatible with both carplay and android auto. Now the best part: this is the most stylish SUV under $30k I have ever seen except for a Jeep Grand Cherowkee. My final verdict: The best, affordable, 6-7 seater SUV you can get on the auto market. And I am saying this not only from a driver-standpoint, but a parent as well. I have read other people’s reviews, and some will disagree with me. But after all, it is an automobile. Whether it be a million dollar Rolls-Royce or a Bugatti or a Ford, it is still developing. I am proud of what Ford can do. I highly recommend to those who are looking for a reliable and safe car, buy a Ford. They are incredible.

Ewald's Hartford Ford review
I am very happy and grateful for Dawn helping me surprise my wife with the perfect new-to-us Mini Cooper. I really appreciate her kind, friendly and helpful approach to selling cars without all the pressure and ugliness of some other dealerships. As a result, we found the perfect car and created the perfect surprise for her. Thank you for everything! We are proud to be a part of the Ewald family.

great comfortable car. Beautiful color, excellent trim options and reasonable fuel economy. Third row seating is there if you need it otherwise plenty of room for shopping groceries
