$50,000 custom vehicle. Check engine lights turn on the the DAY it turns 60k miles, conveniently also the day the factory warranty is up. Beautiful vehicle inside and out but loud as xxxx to drive. Remote start works when it wants to. We traded off our Chevy Traverse with 280k miles on this pile of xxxx. Guaranteed that vehicle is still on the road. Never buy another Ford product EVER.

I have purchased many vehicles and nothing else compares to my Ford explorer!! It is a smooth ride. The interior is so roomy and comfortable. The third row seat allows me to transport the entire family. Love the safety features.

The ride is smooth and quiet. Easy to work with the technology. Extremely comfortable. I own a 99 Expedition, 08 F150, and now a 13 Explorer. Everyone I own has been good to me. Extremely reliable. And great for everything I do.

Service was fine..Called 2xs to get it serviced before I actually got it in..told the service dept was booked up..I needed to make appointment..my schedule didn't allow me to do that cause I wasn't on a set schedule..the younger guy that answered the last call was very pleasant and got me in..many thanks

Very comfortable, good performance, nice amenities. Having had the previous version of Sync, the Sync 3 on this model is MILES ahead in user-friendliness and options. The vehicle is very quiet on the highway and excellent on road trips. Very happy with the purchase!
I drove over 300 miles to buy a vehicle, (and we have a lot here in D.C.!!), and I can tell you, it was well worth the drive!! They do exactly what they say they will, and don’t play any of those, “Dealer games!”! Great dealership/GREAT PEOPLE!! They have a Customer For Life in me!!

The sport trim which is what I have has a lot of get up and go. A lot of space it's easy to transport items as well as to switch between cargo space and 3rd row seats. Red noises a minimum handles well and curves thoroughly enjoy driving the vehicle
Traveling heavy for business I purchase a new car Approx. Every 18 months. My most recent ride has been the 2013 Avalon XLE purchased from Pinehurst Toyota and guided by P.Toyota's outstanding representative Jordan Kelly. The Avalon XLE served me exceptionally well, but after 66k in 16 months it was time to trade. Upon seeking out Jordan again he helped to make what has often been, shall we say, an undesirable & straight up unpleasant experience over the years & He streamlined my new car purchase into an enjoyable, exciting & awesome experience. After Investing a Great deal of time and research myself over the past 30 days I quickly concluded that the Avalon Limited is the car for me. Friday 11/21/14 I purchased the 2014 Limited and so far I couldn't by more satisfied. Thank you to Jordan, Paul, & Orion & P.Toy. team for taking Great care of me again. I will be back when time rolls around to trade.

This car is spacious, love the interior and exterior. It is perfect for our family of 5. It is what we were looking for in a car. It is 4x4 which is perfect during snow days.
JT Auto Mart was nice, friendly and easy to work with while selecting a vehicle. They make you feel like family at the dealership. Traveling from Gastonia to JT Auto Mart in Sanford was worth the drive!

My initial reaction after owning it for a week is that the 2012 explorer is a drivers' car. It is a comfortable ride, but you do feel the road. The seating is comfortable and roomy in the first two row. Third row seating is not for big people. The second row seats 3 if the middle person is a small child. The electronics take a while to get set, but seem good once you figure out how to use them all.
I walked in put my keys on the counter and told the man oil/ tires/ state inspection. The service manager looked up, smiled and introduced himself to me! It just got better from there and I love the attention to customer service!
The salespeople did not jump all over me, the manager was engaging and the owner, Mr Cooper, was fantastic!

The Ford Explorer Platinum has a very beautiful exterior that has the look of a true SUV not a roller skate like some of the SUVS out there.
I leased the 2013 Explorer Sport. It looked great. It had the 3.5L Ecoboost. Never had a problem with the engine. The rotors however would warp consistently. I had alot of overstear. I brought the vehicle back at lease end with under 28K miles. The front seats looked like they were 10 years old. Just worn down. at 6 months before lease end the drivers side door panel had a 2 inch crack in the seam exposing the foam underneath. The dealer pushed it off and didnt want to repair it. Its a good thing I leased it. Never again...
I'm a latecomer to Welford Harris because my dealership went out of business. They have been extremely helpful in helping me take care of my vehicle. The staff is friendly and courteous and knowledgeable.
