The Definition of Customer Service

These guys are fantastic. After having a couple of bad experiences with other used dealers, my wife and I stumbled upon Emmons motors in Pasadena. It was a bit of a drive for us, but oh so worth it. We came to see one car and ended up leaving with two. They seem to specialize in low-mileage, great condition vehicles. Their sales technique is attentive and very low pressure; they left us alone to inspect and discuss the vehicles almost immediately. Really, the quality and preparation they put into these vehicles speak for themselves. We ended up with a 2007 Honda Element (60k miles) for myself and a 2006 Lexus ES 330 (50k miles) for my wife. We got both vehicles dealer inspected, and Emmons was very reasonable about covering suspension repairs to the Honda. The Lexus inspection came back perfect except for a recommended preventative timing belt change due to the vehicle's age. Emmons worked out a great deal with a reputable service shop for the timing belt and even shuttled the car back and forth for us before final pick up. Most of all, I appreciated how patient and courteous they were with us, humoring our every request fairly. Every single person on site was helpful and friendly, including Justin, our main salesman; Greg, the general manager; and Marcus, the finance manager, plus many others in passing. Never thought I would say it was a pleasure buying a used vehicle, but really, it was--times two! By the end of 2017, they are moving to a greatly expanded location in Webster, and I can't recommend this dealer enough, especially if they are able to continue providing the same level of personal service and quality of vehicles as they did for us.
