Requested an Oil change, installation of 4 new tires and new windshield wipers. I was disappointed with the oil change because the oil use for the change was not the standard synthetic blend 5000 mile change the vehicle came with and has been used for the last six years. It was the non synthetic oil with a 3000 mile change recommendation.

This is our eighth family car purchased from Framingham Ford. Each time I have had my vehicle serviced by the dealership, I have found the service staff knowledgeable and friendly. They are also helpful. I recently had some recall work done and they did it most satisfactorily. They also recommended some added work that I believe can wait but which will get done when I have the money.
I was told that my Fusion had a problem with the heater hose, a very specific Ford-only part. I had the part ordered and waited and waited. It turns out that the part had been back-ordered. Well, push came to shove and 2 weeks past with no part. I had my car taken to Framingham Ford and asked them to look. The very next day I was told it was a different heater system part that they fixed. Within a day, I had my 2015 Fusion back and working excellently.
Every call was responded to and on a personal level, Customer Service from all was top notch. Sales associate Lynda was very totally involved in my satisfaction and was very personal and was willing to go the extra mile to ensure my satisfaction. Very trustworthy service.
Mike Churchill as always was very kind and worked with my schedule to get things done quickly. Even stayed after hours to help me pack my new truck up when I was late coming to pick it up
