I was pleased to hear Jen Sausman is the General Sales Manager at Town & Country. I have purchased several vehicles from her when she was at Freedom Ford. Every time I got the best price upfront and I was treated with respect. Nobody enjoys car shopping, but my experience with Jen was actually enjoyable. I will continue to purchase from her and I will refer anyone in the market for a new vehicle to see Jen.
We brought the car in for a check-over after a - hmmm - 'road-side adventure. Smail crew gave it a thorough examination and a clean bill of health. Then they put on our sno-tires, balanced them, and did an alignment. Typical Smail treatment.

Meeghan Ford, 2551 Memorial Blvd, Connellsville, PA is totally AWESOME, EXCELLENT and OUTSTANDING in their service department. While traveling from Virginia to Michigan I experience a problem with my F150.
When I arrived and went into the service area Dee Knox met me and asked how She could help. I explained I was traveling and the problem. She advised me that a Tech would be back from lunch in about 10 minutes and She would have him look at it right away. 10 minutes on the nose and the tech Stacy Selby commenced diagnostics. In about 30 minutes he had the problem isolated what I needed.
Derek White the other service advisor came and explained what part and the cost of what I required. I told him ok let's get it and he set to work to get the part right away.
While I waited Gail Closkey the Receptionist/Cashier showed me to the waiting area provided drinks and a snack.
I really appreciated the small-town atmosphere and caring they provided to someone who did not know the area and the understanding of getting my vehicle fixed and me back on the road. Traveling as much as I do I have to say it was a wonderful feeling to know there are still folks who believe that their customers come first and their satisfaction is the most important part of their business.

Rich was an absolute pleasure, he explained everything very thoroughly, kept in constant contact, and followed up with me every step of the way. All the staff were very friendly. Low pressure salesman, very laid back atmosphere, reasonable price paid for a 2017 Maxima. They do make good on their promises unlike some other dealers. Reggie Little was especially helpful in the sale. Lance Hartman used car mgr helped me procure an updated NAV memory card expeditiously so there was hardly any inconvenience. Would do business with them again.

I found the vehicle I wanted on their website, called Monday morning and spoke with Tom Krcha who was friendly and determined to get me the vehicle. This was the most hassle-free car purchase that I have ever experienced. I had called first to make sure that the car was still available and when I arrived they had the car parked out front and ready for a test drive. My trade-in price was agreed upon and we had the paperwork completed in just about an hour. The whole staff was great the day of my sale...Tom was friendly & efficient w/the sale, and Aaron quickly located an SD card for the navigation so I wouldn't have to wait for a replacement to be mailed to me, and the finance paperwork was completed in record time as well. After getting home I noticed that the mirror was broken on the driver side visor. I called Bud's and was directed to Wally in service who took my information, ordered a new visor and even made arrangements for my visor to be replaced at the Shelocta location which is much closer to my home. Great service before, during and after the sale. I am a very happy customer. Thanks, guys!
