Best Ford, other than a pickup, I've ever owned. Minor issues and recalls. All fixed or checked expertly here in Woodbridge VA. Only 80,000 miles. All highway. Tows a trailer perfectly straight. 4X4 with tow package. Getting ready to sell. Nobody else in the house to use it ! Lol

I had a fantastic experience at Cactus Auto. The team was professional, transparent, and made the entire buying process incredibly smooth and stress free. I’m thrilled with my new vehicle and highly recommend them to anyone in Tucson looking for a reliable car and great service!
2017 Ford Explorer review
I have had several Explorers all have been great vehicles. My newest is only a couple years old. I also still have a great running 26 year old with almost 200k miles. Never had a big or expensive problem with either. I can say the same for the BMWs, Mercedes and Infinity’s I have owned…Once these expensive vehicles warranty expired everything but their engine seemed to fall apart. My Fords are reliable and never break down (knock on wood) Not flashy like the imports but solid.

Volvo Cars TucsonReviews
Volvo Cars Tucson review
After several weeks of detailed online research and visits to several dealers in Tucson and Phoenix, I recently bought a new Volvo XC60 from Volvo Cars of Tucson. It was the best experience I've ever had buying a car, and I've bought a dozen cars over my lifetime. Matt and Marland my two expert salespeople were great to work with throughout the negotiation. There was no pressure but a lot of clear info on the vehicle and the options I could consider. The test drive experience was smooth. The written offers were clear and my questions were answered quickly. The dealership was clean and very pleasant...loved the snacks. Matt and Marland both understood and appreciated I knew my stuff and was not a novice buyer. There were no fast-talking sales. The follow up after the purchase has been very good, particularly the tech tutorial. I'm very pleased with my purchase. I love my new luxurious Volvo. Go see Matt and Marland if you want great service and a great deal. Willie Cone, Tucson, AZ

This vehicle is everything iv wanted and MORE! I showed up to the dealership with a price range I wanted to stick by & wanted the ability to get a vehicle that had a 4X4 button to drive through the weather in the winter. I was not only able to get these two things from my purchase but also came with lots of extra bells and whistles

2018 Ford Explorer review
Love this car overall but I have only one complaint. I was putting some boxes in the rear of the car and one of the boxes must have touched the the rear seat folding mechanism as all of a sudden it tried to unfold the seats. If my grandchildren had been sitting there strapped in I hate to think what may have happened!! Wish you had coverage over the mechanism so this wouldn’t happen.

2018 Ford Explorer review
This is my fourth Explorer. I decided in 2018 to order the top-of-the-line Platinum. This vehicle has all the bells and whistles for a person that wants the luxury of one of Fords top models. It has Platinum leather seats that are very comfortable. If you can find today, buy it. It has the 3.5L V6 that has great power on acceleration. You can only buy a V6 now on the 2025 Explorer ST which is a 3.0L. The cost is around $60,000 Loaded.

2013 Ford Explorer review
This car was gorgeous, royal blue. It exceeded every expectation i had as far as style and comfort are concerned. We have a big family so the third row was convenient and folded so nicely when unneeded. Sunroof and moonroof. Heated and cooled seats. Heated steering wheel. It costed entirely too much in gas and had a lot of computer glitches (in display screen not performance). Transmission acted a little funny one day so I decided to upgrade. Granted It was a 2013 not brand new, but if Ford isn’t built to last more than 8 years, I’m moving on.

2017 Ford Explorer review
Bought this car in 2019 as my daily driver. It has enough space to transport my large and was very reliable until about 160,000 miles. Gasket seal and O2 sensors failed causing me $800 in repairs. Not super expensive, but like the previous review says check to see if there are any open recalls. Currently at 230,000 miles and still driving. If you follow the suggested maintenance schedule you'll be fine. If not, you'll be in for some trouble.

I have owned Toyota and Honda vehicles for years. I love the space and comfort of my Ford Explorer. However I'm at 68k miles and just had to have my transmission rebuilt. If I didn't love the comfort and ride of this vehicle so much, I would trade it in tomorrow. I have my fingers crossed and praying this vehicle will hold out to 200k miles.

Metro Motors LLC review
Danny did a great job helping us find a car for our teenage daughter 1st time driving .
2016 Ford Explorer review
2016 Platinum. Nice SUV, comfortable, very powerful, decent fuel economy, fair build quality, but there are some things to be aware of; the AWD models have a PTU (power transfer unit) which sends power to the rear wheels. It is positioned very close to the exhaust, and the heat generated by the turbochargers literally cooks the gear oil in the PTU, causing it to fail. The unit only holds about a quart of oil, and is NOT serviced or checked, even when you have the vehicle serviced at the dealer. We had trouble with the front camera, and the recirculation actuator on the climate control. If you are considering a used Explorer, I highly recommend buying the best warranty you can! The only complaint I have is the road noise. On new pavement, it's quiet, but on all other roads it's VERY loud inside!

2019 Ford Explorer review
On my third explorer. Tried switching to a Durango and went back after 3 months lol. Great, reliable car! Super comfy! At 47k miles so far never had any issues (so far) except my hood started to rust but ford has a 5 year paint warranty so just had a new one put on a month ago and it’s perfect now

Car World review
I bought a Honda Civic from Car World one month ago. Ramon helped me with it and he was very professional, friendly and helpful. I got to know about them from another friend who bought a car from them. So I was sure to trust them. I highly recommend you this place. Everyone there is so nice and professional. And then have good cars.

2017 Ford Explorer. I love my car. It runs great but I have had battery problem and trim has blown off my car on freeway. Have not had a lot of problems with it.

I would suggest going with Kevin C. and NO ONE ELSE! He is professional, not pushy and been selling cars for 25 years. This place is great, partly because of Kevin.

Carizona review
I had been to a few dealerships before coming here and honestly wasn’t expecting much. Khaled made the whole experience feel different right away—no pressure, just real conversation and helpful guidance. He took the time to understand what I needed and didn’t try to push me into anything. Ended up leaving with a car I feel confident about. Appreciate the professionalism and how smooth everything was. Would definitely recommend working with him.
2016 Ford Explorer review
Very comfortable, very smooth and quiet ride and has all features I was looking for. It was clean even under hood. Owners manual and both keys present and wipers were even replaced before I left lot.

I bought a car and decided to return it. Just didn't like the ride. No Problem! Don Foster was the best, no hassle, car salesman that I have encountered! I found another vehicle and no hassle return. It was great. All of the test drives were great and I was very comfortable doing them. Loved working with Carmax and Don Foster of Gilbert , AZ

2023 Ford Explorer review
I have a 2023 Ford Explorer Platinum, and I purchased it 7 months ago; this vehicle looks brand new and it is extremely comfortable, stylish, and reliable. I am so glad I purchased this vehicle. I will be sure to remain on top of the recommended maintenance schedule through authorized Ford Service Departments. Make sure you use a sun blocker to keep direct sunlight off of your dashboard when parked, which in some extreme cases, can make the leather warp or buckle; this is not just associated with Ford, but all automobile manufacturers that have real leather dashboards ~ especially when in super warm climates.

Logan went above and beyond to help me. He has a strong future if he stays helpful, humble and honest.
2013 Ford Explorer review
10 years since we bought this vehicle used. It has been awesome, over 110K on the clock; minor problems only. Biggest problems are with brake corrosion caused by very salty roads here. undercarriage corrosion is starting to take its toll. But the vehicle is still good enough we are hesitating to upgrade. Some minor, weird but occasional , electric glitches, mostly self locking. But then, the lack of electronics relative to newer models is a big plus to us. We have now owned this vehicle longer than any other we have ever had. interior issues are with the glove box hinge (plastic and breaks if you are not careful), and elbow rests cracking.
