I have purchased many vehicles and nothing else compares to my Ford explorer!! It is a smooth ride. The interior is so roomy and comfortable. The third row seat allows me to transport the entire family. Love the safety features.

Very comfortable, good performance, nice amenities. Having had the previous version of Sync, the Sync 3 on this model is MILES ahead in user-friendliness and options. The vehicle is very quiet on the highway and excellent on road trips. Very happy with the purchase!

$50,000 custom vehicle. Check engine lights turn on the the DAY it turns 60k miles, conveniently also the day the factory warranty is up. Beautiful vehicle inside and out but loud as xxxx to drive. Remote start works when it wants to. We traded off our Chevy Traverse with 280k miles on this pile of xxxx. Guaranteed that vehicle is still on the road. Never buy another Ford product EVER.
James was an amazing salesman! He talked to us throughout the day answering questions and giving feedback. He promptly answered questions through text or phone calls.

Alex was the best car salesman I've dealt with so far. Not pushy at all. Told him what vehicle I was looking for and at what price I was willing to pay. He didn't try to sell me something for " just a little more". The only suggestion is that the lots not be on 2 separate parts of town. Also the check engine light came on that afternoon so went back so see what it was.it took about 2 hours for service department to tell us the car indicated battery was lower than normal. The next day we had to bring it in again for them to change it and it to 3/4 of the day

I purchased my 4X4 XLT with 45.000 miles on it .Its very nice quiet SUV pulls my boat well. But the front seat cushion is uneven so the back of my leg sits on a uneavan seem. And I am averag build .The brake pedal bracket is close to the gas pedal so when braking my foot is on the Brake pedal and bracket at the same time. Changing of the heat or AC can be like texting and driving I wish the controls were simpler. Gas mileage is a respectable 20 miles per gallon average even in Minnesota winter this vehicle does not have a lot of storage in the armrest or dash
The ride is smooth and quiet. Easy to work with the technology. Extremely comfortable. I own a 99 Expedition, 08 F150, and now a 13 Explorer. Everyone I own has been good to me. Extremely reliable. And great for everything I do.
Mr. Jeff Guidry was a great salesman, he's very professional and easy to talk too. He did not once try to steer me in the direction of anything I did not want. He took care of me the whole time I was at the dealership. I would recommend any of my friends to him, when they are ready to buy a new or used vehicle.

The heated seats are awesome. The leather seats are a great touch for the luxury feel in an inexpensive suv. Very happy with my purchase!
Lost transmission towing camper from Florida to Colorado. May 3rd. I coasted into the front of the dealership. I knew what was wrong. I just retired last year. 30 years in automotive after market. I sold parts to dealership's and any garage or repair shop in my market. ASE parts specialist. I looked at used Surburban's. I like my 2005. I went to the service department. Asked how long would it take to get a GM remanufactured unit. 10 minutes went by and I got my answer. We can have you back on the road tomorrow after lunch. I went for that deal. While we waited one of the salesmem offered to tow our camper over to used car department. Hooked us up with electric and water. We had our german sheapards with us too. They offered us a loaner car so we could get around while we waited. We didn't need that. We had a wonderful experience. This was one of the best experience in a repair shop I have had in a long time. I want to give everyone there a job well done. Thank you all because I must have spoken to most everyone. Lots of free coffee. Thank you again.

Love my new explorer. It’s very reliable, and spacious. The only Complaint I have is the sound system not being as loud as I expected it to be.
Robichaux replaced my water pump very quickly. Will use them again if I need to.

I'm just going to list the issues. E-Brake cut wiring harness, garbage tires only lasted 17k miles, massaging seats malfunction, rear lift door works when it wants, the wind shield dressing left and right side cracked and they replaced it. Today the driver side window dressing flew off on the highway at 65 mph. Back fires when I punch it, transmission slips while going up hill. They did some recall repair while getting my oil changed and now my airbag light goes on and off. This was supposed to be a great SUV and it's completely garbage. This is the 2017 Limited 3.5 Twin Turbo model LEMON.

This car is spacious, love the interior and exterior. It is perfect for our family of 5. It is what we were looking for in a car. It is 4x4 which is perfect during snow days.
All my maintenance service has been performed by Greg LeBlanc Toyota Houma dealership and has always been outstandin. Jackie and Stacy has always kept me up to date on service, recalls, and or options and specials. Great working with them, a full 5 star for theses ladies, Joe with a 2.5 cause he said so. All exceptional personnel and should be recognized for treating the customers like they are first. Good job y’all.

I am the current owner of a 2015 Ford Explorer XLT. The car has everything I need! Mine has a few really nice features to have like 20? wheels, Leather, Navigation, 2nd Row Bucket Seats and a power lift gate. I have 3 kids so this car needed to be able to hold up. So far, we have driven it over 100,000 miles and it has held up great! We have had no reliability issues at all with this car! I do think that Ford charges a bit too much for these cars though. We built one online and with the current features that we have for a 2019 Ford Explorer is around $46,000 to $48,000. This is a lot considering we bought our 2015 Explorer for only $42,000.
Andre ???White Bean??? Daigle is a step above the rest when it comes to customer service and satisfaction. Have purchased my last 5 vehicles from Mr. Daigle and would do so again in a heartbeat.
