2020 Ford Explorer review
Wife's car ,working at home not many miles low 20k as of2024 June. Still I wonder about trans fluid because of time. Problem that bugs me is the radio. Static in AM off and on ,and of course the business station 1220am about the market. UGH!! Third lease of explorer, so low in miles ,made it a purchase. 🤞👍

2023 Ford Explorer review
Quiet, comfortable and powerful car. I have the twin turbo that puts out 400 hp. General gas mileage is 19-20 city and 24-25 highway. The only thing that I would change on this vehicle is that I would like to be able to turn off some of the automatic operations on a semi-permanent basis.

ZACH was amazing at drivetime in mishawaka indiana. I Hate car shopping and I went only because my disabled husband who dosent drive wanted a truck so bad ( I did to) just so we I can haul our own stuff. After being turned down by a couple of different places he told me to drive straight to drivetime so at this point I wasn't very happy but drove anyway 😅 and iam sooooo happy I did because ZACH was amazing we got what we wanted for the monthly payment we wanted to.you have all of these car companies saying oh yes we can help you but ZACH at drivetime did exactly what they said they would do THANK YOU ZACH. I was incredibly impressed with the whole buying experience. Scott Mabry was our salesman and he did a phenomenal job. Spent a lot of extra time past store hours to make sure the truck we wanted was the best fit. They had very upfront records of all repairs/maintenance they had done on the vehicle which gave me a good peace of mind. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from them.

LaPorte Ford review
We just bought our Bronco HLE this week from AutoPark Ford Laporte. Wow, what a team! Tim( sales consultant) and Dave( Finance Manager) were exceptional from the start! I asked a ton of questions and received answers on all of them. They had a very rare Bronco Heritage Limited edition and charged me MSRP, almost the whole country was charging 5-25k over MSRP. They received 3 other calls but gave me time to make my decision and do my research and never for one second made me feel pressured or played any “sales games”. I have spoken with many dealers and this was by far the best dealership I have ever bought a car from. Dave is finance was awesome, he was so fair with pricing and worked hard to find the best rate and gave me breaks on pricing for the add ons to ensure my families bronco stayed on great condition long after I left the lot. The customer first approach was evident from the first contact to the follow up on my 5/6 calls to Tim after to learn the complexities of all the new tech on the Bronco! What a great team Brent ( manager) has assembled! If you are looking for a hassle free, customer centric experience at the best pricing - you better call this team! The Gallaghers

Needed a bake actuator pump on my 2008 Prius. At 210000 and 15 years old a new one was to costly. The parts dept went on a search and found one in the after market and saved me half the cost of replacing it. Super nice people. Brian in the device dept went above and beyond to get me what I needed.

Michigan City Ford review
I ended up buying a 2019 Ford Fusion. I absolutely love the car. I would buy it again tomorrow. Ran into a few glitches on a few issues which I was confused about but they were promptly handled much to my satisfaction. My car was cleaned to perfection, received a complete checkup, oil changed at my request, met the service dept which I intend to use for all needs in the future. I met the General Manager Greg and my salesman was Blake who I highly recommend This was my first experience with Michigan City Ford and they will be my dealer moving forward for all future needs. I highly recommend Michigan City Ford, they go the extra mile. Patricia L Mason

2022 Ford Explorer review
I have a 2022 Ford Explorer King Ranch, and I purchased it 13 months ago; this vehicle looks brand new and it is extremely comfortable, stylish, and reliable. I am so glad I purchased this vehicle. I will be sure to remain on top of the recommended maintenance schedule through authorized Ford Service Departments. Make sure you use a collapsable windshield cover to keep direct sunlight off of your dashboard when parked, which in some extreme cases, can make the leather warp or buckle; this is not just associated with Ford, but all automobile manufacturers that have real leather dashboards ~ especially when in super warm climates.

2016 Ford Explorer review
2016 Platinum. Nice SUV, comfortable, very powerful, decent fuel economy, fair build quality, but there are some things to be aware of; the AWD models have a PTU (power transfer unit) which sends power to the rear wheels. It is positioned very close to the exhaust, and the heat generated by the turbochargers literally cooks the gear oil in the PTU, causing it to fail. The unit only holds about a quart of oil, and is NOT serviced or checked, even when you have the vehicle serviced at the dealer. We had trouble with the front camera, and the recirculation actuator on the climate control. If you are considering a used Explorer, I highly recommend buying the best warranty you can! The only complaint I have is the road noise. On new pavement, it's quiet, but on all other roads it's VERY loud inside!

It was a very professional experience and I didn't fill pressured. They worked around my schedule well.
2022 Ford Explorer review
I purchased the 2022 Timberline preowned about 1 month ago with appx 50k miles on it. I was disappointed that it does not have memory seats or a garage door remote button. (I didn't even notice this when test driving it). Who makes a car today with all the tech this car has and leaves off these 2 things! The interior is comfortable & well laid out. The ride is smooth & quiet. 2.3L turbo 4 cylinder is quiet & has amazing power. At idle it’s hard to tell that the engine is even running. The prior owner put on Michelin tires which contribute to the smooth, quiet ride. The seats are ActiveX (Ford’s name for vinyl) with cloth inserts. I’m 5’ 10” and 175lbs. My son who rode with me is 6’ 3” and 250lbs. Both of us found the seats comfortable & supportive on our 1st road trip. I’ve driven a Kia Telluride, which is a direct competitor. The Kia has a little more tech but I found the ride to be on the harsh side, especially in the second row. This may be attributable to the low profile 21” tires. The Timberline has 18” balloon tires which I much prefer. 2 weeks after purchasing it I made a 2,200-mile road trip from Dallas TX to Orgon. Fuel mileage ranged from 21 to 28 with an overall average of 24 mpg. *if I don’t drive over 70 mph on the highway the fuel economy goes up to about 32! *these numbers are from the actual miles & gallons of fuel used, not from the dash numbers, which I found are a little optimistic. It has a few bugs that I’ll have to deal with, but it’s a used Ford & not a Lexus. Overall, I'd say I'm very happy with this car & would recommend it.

2021 Ford Explorer review
I love my ST all except for seating. I’m just not a fan of European style seating soo we had an upholstery shop up grade them. Sooo much fun to drive! Great gas mileage considering I’m a lead foot. And when needed you can put a full 4x8 sheet of plywood in the back.

I received friendly, prompt service when I brought my Mazda CX-9 in for an inspection. They fixed a bent front brake shield (no idea how that happened) quickly while I waited in a pleasant, quiet waiting room. Highly recommend.

Apple play used to connect but no longer does. Didn’t notice passenger door wasn’t installed properly until I took a road trip and the noise!!! Drivers side arm rest squeaks as though it’s about to come apart. Very noisy engine over 40 mph.

Siemans FordReviews
Siemans Ford review
My car buying experience with Siemans Ford was excellent. The salesman that worked with me was highly knowledgeable and professional during the whole process. His name is Jon Weber, and there was a long wait for the particular vehicle that I wanted to order. Jon patiently assisted me in setting the best configuration for my 2022 Bronco, also providing test drives and updates on the status of my order. There was no pressure to add unnecessary accessories and the final price was correct and based on the MSRP without any overcharges. I highly recommend Siemans Ford to other car buyers.

Have only had vehicle for 3 weeks but really like it. I’ve had F150’s for the past 12 years and thought I’d miss my truck, but I’m really enjoying this explorer. It’s more comfortable and fun to drive and the gas mileage is better.

Lou Dominion's Deals on Wheels-Benton HarborReviews
Lou Dominion's Deals on Wheels-Benton Harbor review
I drove by here on my to another dealer. I didn't realize the dealership was there (not from the area originally) and I turned around to see what they had. There was no haggling, no debating, no arguing, no lying, no cheating, no stealing-all things you can expect at some dealers. These guys were all top notch individuals who I could hang out with all day every day. I felt a bond with Mitzy, the dog who kept trying to untie my shoes. Maybe she was persuading me to stay and buy a car? That's exactly what I did. I bought a three-year-old Jeep at a good price with a good interest rate. I wasn't expecting to actually buy a car there, let alone finance one, but I did and my wife is thrilled with her new Jeep. I highly recommend Lou Dominion's Deals On Wheels Benton Harbor location. If his two other locations are anything like this one, you won't go wrong at any of them. I also highly recommend Phil the salesman. He's the real deal, a genuine, honest to goodness human being. No games from this guy and I respect that entirely. If you've read this far, you know I'm pretty satisfied with everything. I am. Best car buying experience I've ever had and I will go there first when I buy my next car!

I've had it for less than a week. Everything is going well, however, the center screen will take some getting used to. We'll see after a couple of months.

2023 Ford Explorer review
I have a 2023 Ford Explorer Platinum, and I purchased it 7 months ago; this vehicle looks brand new and it is extremely comfortable, stylish, and reliable. I am so glad I purchased this vehicle. I will be sure to remain on top of the recommended maintenance schedule through authorized Ford Service Departments. Make sure you use a sun blocker to keep direct sunlight off of your dashboard when parked, which in some extreme cases, can make the leather warp or buckle; this is not just associated with Ford, but all automobile manufacturers that have real leather dashboards ~ especially when in super warm climates.
