This is an update regarding the last review. The dealership is taking care of all of the issues and getting the windshield fixed and the cabin air filter. Gary Stiles did a great follow up and making sure everything is taken care of
I was doing a nationwide search for the perfect mustang and finally found it pop up at Sheehy Ford Warrenton. I inquired about it through the website and got a very prompt response from Gary Stiles. I asked for him to personally look the car over very close and describe even the smallest blemish. He said he couldn't find any and video called me to show me the car as best he could. I took a chance and bought a plane ticket to check it out and the car was exactly as he had described it. He picked me up from the airport and had me on the road driving home within 2 hours of landing in DC. I would describe this as a very straightforward car purchasing experience - no pageantry but also no unpleasant surprises. Gary was very pleasant and the whole thing went exactly as advertised. I would buy from them again without hesitation, even though I live 700 miles away!
I LOVE my new Mini Cooper bright orange convertible! It has so many cool features and it's amazing to drive. We even put the convertible down in winter with the windows up and it's not even that cold! The heated seats and colored lights on the dashboard are so wonderful. Tim and Abe were the best sales team ever! They were very patient with me while I looked at EVERY single Mini on the lot! I finally spotted the one that fits me perfectly. It's the first brand new car that I have ever owned and I have always wanted a Mini Cooper. Dreams come true!!!
I was assisted by Edwin Modesitt. He was very down to earth, easy going, and extremely helpfull. They offered me a great deal on a Titan, that I passed up on in the end, not any fault of theirs, the truck just wasn't exactly what I wanted but very close. I hope they come across the vehicle I want i would purchase it from them in a second. Great people, awsome staff.
Glen, Adam and Josh were great while addressing my repairs on the 2012 GMC Acadia they all should be commended for there outstanding service. Especially Josh for take very good care of us during the time our car was in for repairs. Thanks for the loaner car during the repairs.Everything was done as promised. Thank to all, Jim and Becky Fox

I am very happy that I purchased my Ford Edge from Koons Sterling! The entire process was very smooth and easy! They made everything about the process of buying enjoyable. The service department is incredible too! They did an excellent job servicing my vehicle! I am extremely happy with the entire buying process and the service!
This is the ONLY service department that touches my GT for all the right reasons. The service advisors are simply wonderful. They keep me updated on repair status and any change in costs or time involved. I am especially partial to Allen Schindler as he has helped me for over 20 years. The mechanics are all awesome, however, I have my favorite. I've sent people to this dealership, and I've always been thanked as these guys fixed things other service departments were unable to. I have a totally clear conscience in recommended Koons Sterling Ford for any service needs.
I had a great experience. Everyone was helpful especially Adam Croson! You have a customer for life because of Adam and ill be getting in touch with him soon to schedule another appointment within a week or two. He went above and beyond to help me and to explain everything to me.
Very smooth easy transaction dealing with Glen on a 2016 Ford Escape. He made time for me right after I called, showed me the 3 vehicles I wanted to see and arranged immediate test drive, He was low pressure and recognized that I knew what I was looking for. They charged what was advertised with no surprises. I would definitely return for a future purchase through Glen. I would not however arrange financing through them again. The initial interest rate offered was too high considering my credit score is over 800 and was putting 30% down. On top of that, I ended up with more than 1 hard inquiry on my credit for the purchase which is unacceptable. They should use their soft inquiry to determine the best rate available, then the one that *I* pick can do their hard inquiry. I will pre-arrange financing before returning next time
Bought a used Toyota 4Runner and was very pleased with the entire process. I worked with a young sales professional Jordan Hale. She was very professional, honest, and did not pressure us at all. Hello it is Saturday and I really needed some keys made for my vehicle. So I decided to call Koons Ford Sterling and to my surprise I was able to get a quick appointment . No other dealers would dare give you a quick drive up appointment on a Saturday. I immediately noticed that the lady I spoke with was really up tempo and had a strong energetic spirit about her that I could feel through the phone. That lady is Karla M. Andrade Garrido. She was very excited about giving service she even checked with the parts people to make sure that the price was right. Ms. Garrido makes you feel really at home when you call and visit Koons Ford of Sterling she is highly vibrant, motivated, energetic, polite, courteous, organized, knowledgeable and gives a high attention to detail. She makes me want to work for Koons Ford Of Sterling . If there was a Koons Ford College to attend Ms. Garrido would easily earn a Doctorate Of Koons Customer Service Degree. I want to once again thank Ms. Garrido and all of the staff at Koons Ford Of Sterling. They always meet or exceed my needs.

You can tell that management has made a point at customer service and negotiation to keep customers returning to this location. I found the Expedition on line and contacted David Cumba from the dealership. I live in Washington State so I couldn't stop into and talk to him so we communicated via e-mail. I had several questions which David quickly answered. My wife and I decided to take the cross country trip and got to the dealership to possibly purchase the Expedition. All employees I dealt with were very friendly and helpful. David even adjusted his schedule to met with us. We ended up purchasing the Expedition and are happy with it and glad we purchased from Koons Ford.
