Great experience, Antoine Richardson was my sales associate and immediately assisted me over phone with a Jeep I have been eyeing for sometime. He worked out some numbers before my long drive but it was well worth it. Very good person, took me for test drive and spoke like we knew each other. Meet the finance manager and she awesome as well, just pretty cool experience. Would buy again from the dealership!!!
2019 Ford F-250 review
Mine is an F250 Lariat (+Lariat value package) Diesel 4x2 ordered in August 2019 and picked up in Oct 2019 and currently has just over 29,000 miles. Mileage is ~19 MPG @ 70MPH not towing and with a Roll n Lock bed cover. I read these other reviews and am somewhat stunned by all the recall complaints. I had one: for wiring under the driver’s seat. Maybe it was the 4x4 models or those with all the super-duper interior gadgets causing the recalls. Other than two cracked front mud flaps, I’ve had nothing go wrong and really do enjoy the truck. No complaints on the ride - it’s a dang super duty truck so I do not expect it to ride like a sedan. What I really like: the exterior mirrors - they nailed it for fantastic coverage. B&O sound system is great, the quiet ride is surprising, retractable step on tailgate, it’s nice having three memory settings (part of option package), great that it still has knobs for volume, radio tuning, temperature etc, dashboard information is customizable, fit and finish is really quite good. The engine, what’s not to like other than diesel being really expensive right now. I also like the Ford app allowing me to see where the vehicle is located, start it, lock it, and a number of other bits of info as well. What I dislike: Mostly it’s how the controls are designed…Cruise control controls - very outdated in this model but might be better on newer models. Headlights (reg, not LED) are just OK, but the brights really do not do much. Generally dislike all the left hand controls: dash lighting stinks-you have to find/look at it and then hold a button to increase or a separate button to decrease - rotary or rocker style control is much easier and does not require eyes off the road to use. The exterior mirror adjustment control has the typical pad to adjust the mirror itself, but each mirror has a non-descript selector button to activate/arm the adjustment for that side vs a simple and tactile distinct slide to ‘arm’ the side for adjustment. You have to do this each time because once you ‘arm’ a side, it goes inactive after a bit so if you are one needing to fiddle with the driver mirror a lot, you’ll have to activate it each time. Again, you kind of have to look at it to begin the adjustment sequence.

Sales rep Wayne Brett is great and the new Honda Accord is terrific. But the high-pressure closing meeting to try to sell various protection plans took way too long.

Pride Auto Sales review
Dylan was my salesman. He is the best. Dylan knew i covid-19 and he called everyday, even when i was at the hospital he still checked up on me. He helped me with all my paperwork that needed to be done. He made me feel great whit the whole deal he treated me like family. When I came home from the hospital he had his crew deliver me some dinner. They delivered a pizza and a 12 pack of sodas. Dylan is the best sales person I have ever met in my life. He treated me like i was royalty, he should be named salesperson of the year for Virginia. I will send a lot of people to buy an automobile from dylan. Dylan worked with you good credit bad credit, he went above and beyond to help me with my vehicle. Dylan got me the best deal possible and bumper to bumper warranty, he still calls even though I finished because of my covid-19. Dylan is a good person, great salesman, and a great man. Dylan crew is also great people.

We were looking for a car for our grandson and I remembered that a guy tgat I used to work with worked at the Winchester location. I called Philip Cook and ask when we could come by to see what they had. He told me for us to check out their inventory and let him know when we were stopping by. Philip Cook and AJ McDaniel both were absolutely amazing with making sure we were happy. Philip called the next day as a follow up to make sure that we loved the car! Thanks to Philip our grandson is very happy with his purchase and we will be sending all of our friends to see Philip at Honeycar!! Thanks so much and Merry Christmas

Criswell Ford of Woodstock review
Criswell Ford set the bar across the board for a perfect remote experience. From the moment I reached out with a brief inquiry on their website and their sales people were not only responsive, but extremely kind. They assisted me with walking me through the entire process. I drove 2 hours away sight unseen to this vehicle and it was absolutely FLAWLESS. They sent the car out for detail, waited until closing to hand me the key, and asked me if I had any questions before I pulled off. Driving it few days later. Absolutely LOVE my mustang. We have purchased plenty of new cars over the years and this was by far and away the best experience we’ve had. We got a fair deal and everything went smoothly. We actually had a good time and felt like we were important and valued. Everyone was friendly and courteous. Definitely will return and recommend to our friends .

The best purchase so far. It meets and exceeds all I need it to do. The only issues I have had is the APIM and starter having to be replaced. But Ford replaced them under warranty.

Frederick Motor Company review
It was the best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle from a Ford Dealer. Salesperson was friendly, and knowledgeable. Beat anyother Ford Dealer hands down.
2019 Ford F-250 review
I got my crew cab 2019 F250 XLT with the 6.2L for 37k in 2020 with 22k miles on it. I’ve put 25k miles on it in two years and It’s been ok, the cab is very spacious, first thing people say when they open the back doors is “this thing is a limo!” And trust me it’s the best thing for moving. I love the fold up backseats, it’s just that much more cargo space. Mine also has the pop up organizer under the seat which is perfect for grocery shopping, and keeping tools from rolling around. She’s pretty quick for her size too which I enjoy, I’ve had no running issues yet but honestly I’m not impressed with its Towing capabilities. I had my older 7200lb superduty on a trailer and the 2019 seemed to have a hard time figuring out what gear it wanted to be in even with tow mode on while doing 30-40mph. Between that, the heat shield breaking drive shafts recall, and the death wobble I’m sad to say I’m a bit scared of how reliable this thing will be in the long term. I have mine on the list for a new steering dampener to fix it’s death wobble but parts are back ordered “could be 2 weeks or 6 months” the dealership told me. Luckily Ford will cover it cuz it’s a widespread known issue tho. I love the ride and the space, but the mpg is killing me at 15mpg when my 2000 f250 also gets 12-15! 19 years of improvements for the same fuel mileage? Kind of pathetic! My 2000 is just a better truck even with the smaller 5.4L. when it comes to hauling, towing and yanking trees out of the ground the old girl takes the cake!
