He informed us that the vehicle needed to go through a safety check and replace anything that needed replacing. A few days later we were signing the documents to take delivery of the vehicle. Jason in financing made this process simple and very informative, but simplified. We now own a certified preowned Ford with a very extensive warranty. This is an AMAZING dealership. We purchased a few months back. Our salesperson Fran was awesome. He didn't push. He showed us the car we wanted to see. It was just as advertised and sold itself. Jake, the business manager, was awesome. Everything was so easy. Brought the vehicle in this week for my first free oil change. Right on time. One hour as promised. Their on-site restaurant was great. I had lunch, and my car was ready. Full inspection and topping off fluids, checked brakes and tires, battery, etc. I wouldn't buy a Kia or Ford anywhere else. This place has got it right. Kudos on great customer service!!
