Well let me say," I got a new Mech today. why, Is because my normal Mech was not there. I must say, Dan the new Mach I had was as good as Scoot when he work on my car. I had an AMAZING experience buying my new car and they went out of their way to make sure I got what I wanted. I went to another dealership before this one and had a terrible experience. I had a very good experience with my salesperson, Erik. He was attentive, not pushy, and seemed to have my best interests at heart. I do wish everyone there was as responsive as he was, and answered my questions when I asked them (the finance manager we were using and Erik were off on the same day, and we couldn’t get anyone to return our calls). We did buy a car here, so overall a good experience. On a side note, the service department needs some work, as they are grossly understaffed and made me feel like I should go somewhere else to get our other car serviced.
I recently purchased a classic car for my wife from this dealer. The salesman I dealt with was Garth. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, friendly, straightforward and honest. Our transaction took place over the phone and Garth went out of his way to assist in the purchase and delivery of the vehicle. The vehicle arrived at our home the next day and it EXCEEDED all of our expectations. The gentleman who delivered the car (Jerry) was a sheer delight to talk to. I would highly recommend these folks and will deal will deal with them again in the future.
