What a positive experience from beginning to end. I never did business with ActonToyota previously. I was in the market for a used vehicle and Ron a very talented and knowledgeable sales person reached out to me and helped me identify exactly what vehicle I needed and gave me great suggestions and options. He allowed me to test drive the vehicle that I identified and worked with me to get the best price possible. It was a used car and he introduced me to Jeff The manager overseeing that department. What an experience and a very genuine honest individual who educated me on the different vehicles mentioning not only the positive, but also some of the downsides of owning a particular vehicle, including high maintenance costs or gas mileage concerns. In addition to Ron and Jeff. I was very pleased with the finance department in terms of how easy the process was and allowing me to pick and choose which Service plans if any work best for me. Jo and Josiah were awesome to work with. I have owned and purchased a number of vehicles from other dealerships. Normally the finance people are very formal and can Sometimes make the consumer, uncomfortable and anxious. It was the complete opposite with these guys. One last shout out to Jimmy and his talented team over at Acton Toyota! Jimmy came up to me and introduced himself and was as down-to-earth and friendly as one could imagine. I really felt like I knew the guy for years. The whole process was awesome and the people there made it so comfortable and easy to purchase a vehicle that I would highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to at least give them a try. I’m sure that you will walk out with the same positive experience as I did.

ODA Precision Auto Sales I was seeking a used Honda Odyssey with moderate mileage. I came across ODA via online auto search. My experience purchasing this vehicle was a unique one to say the least! I will cut to the chase in saying that this quirky humored Ukrainian family-run used car lot is probably the most honest and straightforward I've ever experienced. They repeatedly went above and beyond! The price was fair. I kept thinking there was a catch but there wasn't one. I had some minor issues once having purchased the car, and they took me right away to resolve them to my satisfaction. They really seem to know their stuff with a vast selection and their experienced service dept honors the vehicle for their short term warranty. I live in Vermont and had to get a Vermont state inspection. The tech told me the car was well serviced and was an excellent shape. I would trust to buy from ODA again. They truly do their best. Nu Car in Tilton wouldn't honor their posted price on Auto Trader and no mention of the dealer incentive, just their version of MSRP.
