His manager, Gus Andrade, also reached out, and I truly appreciated their transparency. They provided me with the out-the-door price for a Maryland resident without hesitation, which was one of the main reasons I decided to drive over 90 minutes the next day to see the Explorer in person. Once I arrived, Gabe took me on a test drive, and the great customer service continued. During the paperwork process, Gabe noticed there was a small chip in the windshield and immediately brought it to my attention. Even though Gus was out that day, Gabe spoke with a manager and assured me that the issue would be taken care of. People often tell me that I am too trusting, but I believed them — and they proved me right. True to their word, Gus arranged for someone to come to my home and replace the windshield with a Ford windshield, not an aftermarket one. That meant a lot to me. Thank you to Gabe and Gus at Sheehy Ford in Warrenton, VA, for your customer service, transparency, and for honoring your promise. We have a Hot Pepper Red 2024 Ford Maverick XLT we ordered and took delivery of in Kentucky Feb. 2024. We wanted a second white one so we went online and found several available with exactly the options we desired. I responded to numerous dealer websites nearby to confirm what they had online was in fact still available. Jarrett was the most timely and effective communicator. I worked with their sales consultant Todd Rogers. The next day we took delivery of the Maverick. Everything went as presented with no problems or surprises. I have been buying new vehicles from dealerships for 60 years and Todd has been selling cars for over 40 years first in his northern home state and now in his Florida retirement state. I would say that means we have a hundred years of experience in the car selling and buying business between us. In all those years I have developed an ongoing personal friendship with three sales persons. I felt the same initial comfort level working with Todd. In closing everything about the dealership and staff we met was outstanding. We look forward to Jarrett Ford servicing and maintaining both of our Mavericks.
