Nick Chesla and the service team are exceptional. The knowledge, experience and personal kindness from the team makes a difference to me as a customer.
2019 Ford Taurus review
Purchased as a certified pre-owned car from Ford at reasonable price with only 15k miles. Given the amount of money that I paid & the warranty, I really couldn't be happier. It's fun to drive, has lots of space, is great on the highway and the I particularly like the sync 3. For a larger car the handling is quite good. Gas mileage in town not great but 31-33, on long road trips.

2011 Ford Taurus review
There has been a 2011 Taurus SHO in my family since 2013 it was purchased with 10,000 miles and now has 140,000 these cars are great they have good power they're decent to drive and they're mainly designed for Highway driving. Plenty of power considering it's a 90° V6 it sounds not terrible and it can haul xxx the reason cops use them the infotainment in the early cars pretty much anything sync 2 is outdated and it feels that way however it's not unusable. The rest of the Interior is decent you still have some cheap feeling Ford Plastics but the seats and most things you touch are decent to sit in and deal with especially if you're a bigger person. There is a lot of space we have fit full vacations including me and my two siblings on many trips to Florida and Texas however it is a not all Sunshine rainbows. As for maintenance these cars tend to eat brakes quicker and we have had to replace all the piping to the turbo as it got filled with oil this car also received a catch can on top of oil changes every 5,000 miles, coolant flush every 15 to 20k and Trans Fluid every 30,000. You cannot talk about this car without the elephant in the room that being the water pump if you don't want to change the water pump don't buy this car go buy a Honda Accord my family bit the bullet and paid to get it done at 110,000 it's done now we don't need to worry the car has been great if you're not afraid of doing maintenance I would recommend this car they're cheap

2013 Ford Taurus review
2013 Taurus bought with 18,000 as a "dealer car". Now has 220,000 miles and have replaced nothing but shocks, brakes, battery, wipers, tires. Original alternator, water pump, air cond, steering, trans, engine - NO major expenses whatever.. Would run over 10,000+ miles with no need to add oil if you chose to do such a thing. Starts, runs, drives extremely well. Wife isn't scared to drive on 200 mile trips alone. Suspension is a little loose but what do you expect! This car has provided , and continues to provide outstanding performance.

L.A. Trading CoReviews
L.A. Trading Co review
Osman and Ali were professionals throughout my entire experience! Osman, the manager may I remind you....was cleaning my car, a 2012 Nissan Leaf before handing it over to me....I mean, if that is not the definition of leadership or commitment...I have NO earthly idea what is.... good luck finding that in other self-centered dealerships. Osman and Ali came in on Saturday to insure that I was taking care of. Even made sure that my purchase process met my requirements. FOR ALL OF YOU, let me elaborate. I was purchasing an EV (electric vehicle) with a budget under 10K and with less than 100 miles on the motor. In this case, it was an EV car under 10k with 58,000 miles, this is un heard of and good luck finding a dealership guaranteeing you a set of comfort when driving it out of the lot.....thats if your battery is not degraded...go youtube that xxxx. Well, Osman did, he literally cleaned my car, gave me some insurance for my peace of mind, and was completely professional throughout the process. I've owned over 15 cars within my lifespan (BMWs, Dodge SRT-10s, Toyotas, Subarus STIs, 150s.etc) with multiple of "Sub-Standard" experiences because of dealerships and vulture-like salesmen "cough cough, Ann Arbor!", but I never had a manager follow through with a reasonable price in an outrageously high car market demand. LA Trading is legit, speak to them in a transparent manner, tell them your expectations and budget. I am sure you will not complain. Do your research and youtube your vehicles. Its not that hard... Thank you LA trading co.! You guys were awesome and I wish your business the best! -Carlos

I wanted to share our recent experience working with Gus to purchase our 2024 Lincoln Corsair. The entire process was straightforward, and Gus was very patient with us, especially since my wife had many concerns about the vehicle being shipped from Detroit to our home in Chicago. Gus answered all our questions promptly and was completely transparent throughout the process. We truly appreciated his professionalism and support. Overall, this was a great dealership to work with, and we are very satisfied with our purchase. Thank you, The Dandridge Family
2017 Ford Taurus review
I traded in my 2015 Mustang Gt with 127,000 miles on it for a 2017 TAURUS SHO ,,that was the only car I wanted to replace the horsepower I had in the Mustang Gt @435hp I knew that the TAURUS SHO has 365hp ...70 horsepower less than the V8 .THATS all I needed to satisfy my need for power. The 2017 Taurus SHO had 73,000 the ride is great and the car is roomy just enough for me It was bigger than i thought if you look at the stance of the car you see it's aggressive sport appearance with a huge trunk space 20 inch wheels . The accessories ohh wow let's just say it's Little brother's SE,SEL,and LIMITED don't have what the SHO has plus AWD .Ive Had the FORD FIVE HUNDRED LIMITED which was a great car didn't care for the lack of horsepower in such a big car 3.0 with 203 hp. The Taurus SHO is a sleeper sports sedan it has lots of accessories that many European cars have for that year (2017) and it can beat an AUDI A5 The TAURUS SHO was FORD FASTEST SEDAN.

I was totally amazed with my experience still in shock how Tim Shea got me in the SUV I needed because the one I wanted had less mile 18k but the banks wanted a larger down payment, but the SUV I got still was the same model and had under 50k miles on it, and less money also I love the color of the interior and key point is it's more space for my children. I want to thank all who helped make my day.
2018 Ford Taurus review
I have the 2013 model SEL. I really don't care for the front wheel drive but overall this car is a workhorse. I have 250,00 on the 2013 and she will get up and go smoothly. Good on gas as well and dependable. Except for the 2013 waterpump issue. Other than that, its dependable and the interior is nice leather, not cheaply made. Im getting another one for sure.

Gorno FordReviews
Gorno Ford review
Couldn’t be happier with my experience. Called Ryan Acheson on a Tuesday afternoon about my interest in an F-150, ran some cases and numbers, sent over the relevant numbers and highlighted key lines, no nonsense. I arrived Wednesday to find the numbers matched, were straightforward and up front - did not change when I arrived to the dealer. Long story short, Ryan Acheson got me in my exact truck and spec I wanted, for a lower monthly payment, less money down than I thought I would need, and I was even happy with the $0 down sign and drive deal he put together for me. He worked with used car sales to get me a fair deal on a trade in as well and cut me a check. Completely took away any dealer fear and made it quick and painless. Couldn’t be happier. Because of this experience, I will be returning to work with Ryan, and sending my family (all ford family) to Gorno moving forward.

Ed Lazette is awesome. Very kind and thorough. He got me into the perfect vehicle for me. He's the best!!
2016 Ford Taurus review
Love this car! Bought in 2020 with low mileage. I'm 5'2" so was sold when shown I could bring the pedals toward me! Never had a pushbutton start, so that took some getting used to and now I love it. Like flying in a cockpit. I'll never use the alternate manual transmission with steering wheel paddles. But it has that option. Lots of on-dash gizmos I rarely use, but they're there. I like that it tells me I need gas or an oil change. Only problem, and it just happened, is the low tire pressure warning didn't go off when the tires were aired up.

When I purchased my car, the service was excellent. Nathan was a great salesperson to work with. Recently I locked my keys in the car, the manager, whose name I believe is Mitch, was so very helpful and made sure that I was able to unlock my vehicle. I definitely recommend Mike Murphy to friends. I've been extremely satisfied with my Taurus and the service team.

Dick Huvaere's Richmond Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
Scheduled a maintenance visit. I got there a little early and they got me I right away. The maintenance was finished in a timely manner while I waited.
2016 Ford Taurus review
I have owned many sedans and many Ford Tauruses over time and this is my fourth one overall. Love this car! So fun to drive and it looks incredible. The gas mileage is great and I purchased it 7 years old with 100k and it's still just like new inside and out. The engine sounds amazing and I haven't had any trouble at all. The comfort level is insane and for a car that's fun to drive that's a bonus for sure. Great car overall.
