Had an issue with my steering, took it to my local mechanic twice they claim they didn’t find anything wrong with it. Took it to Highland Park Ford. The rack and pinion steering was shot. The steering gears were shot. It’s a darn good thing I didn’t have a car accident, Gavino was my service advisor. He was awesome ! I bought my car there and I’ll go nowhere else from now on.

I was very impressed that he took time out of his day to meet me. He is an Amazing sales person he went out of his way to meet my expectations. I bought the car and had the Best Experience with him!! I will be recommending him to everyone who wants to buy a car. I also had had a great experience with Luis Velazquez has patients of a saint. No shenanigans in purchasing my 2022 Maverick XL. I had heard all the horror stories about the long waits to get one of these, only to be clobbered w a big dealer mark up when it finally arrived. None of that at Porcaro. MSRP and the required taxes and paperwork fees and that was it. Very direct process, and trustworthy people to deal with. Porcaro is the place to make your vehicle purchases.
