I never thought buying a car would be a pleasant experience (until I went to Colonial Ford in Plymouth, MA). The dealership itself is beautiful. They even have a drive-in carport so you don't have to exit your car when you test drive (which was awesome because it was really rainy the day I was there). It was really cool! Each and every employee who was on duty made me feel like the most important customer they've ever helped. My sales representative was Glenn Smith. He was fantastic! He asked me all the right questions and figured out the best car for me in record time! Glenn worked with manager Dell Roderick and got me the best possible price. Greg Russell made the financial part of this experience so easy! And Winston Bennett rounded out the great team with pictures and congratulations when I picked the car up. There was no hassle. Only had the van for a week but I love it. I bought it for business and it had most of the available options. What sold me was the test drive of the available Ecoboost after driving the Dodge/Ram 250. The power difference is significant and well worth it. Drives more like a car than a van. Drove a E350 for five years and I don't know what they did to tighten up the steering but very nimble/responsive to the steering wheel. Added ladder rack and trailer hitch before I even took it off the lot. Have pulled a 6X10' single axle enclosed trailer with my stuff in it and had no problem with the added weight in handling or acceleration. I would have bought a 8 cyl if it were available just because I want the additional available power but our government thinks we are to stupid to know what is good for us. Considering what is available I wouldn't buy anything but the Ecoboost engine. To soon to give it a reliability rating. Ask me in two or three years.
Our salesman for buying an EV was Anthony Masone, ultra-competent, non-pressuring, a deft guide throughout the process, not to mention highly affable. And offered candy at his desk to boot! Thanks, Tony, for all your help, leading to a happy ending: a beautiful, brandnew EV (Chevrolet Bolt).

I like the height of this van. I can stand in it without hunching. It suits my business. When it rains I can stay inside and select my customers order without being wet.
I recently bought my first new car from Muzi. I walked on to the lot not knowing exactly what I was looking for in a new vehicle. The salesman Scott was very personable and helpful. He made the whole process easy and a bit fun. I would reccomend this dealership for anyone who is buying their first new car!

I have a large family of all boys. This works great for us except during our Minnesota winter. I did not have snow tires on or any extra weight in the back either. Hoping this small changes will help.
This is our second vehicle that we have purchased from Muzi Ford. Scot Rodman was our sales professional. Scot and the entire Muzi ream went well out of their way to make sure we got the vehicle that we wanted at a competitive price. We couldn???t be happier with our new Explorer and will continue to recommend Muzi to our friends family.

yea, it’s a big sprinter type van. It’s big, real big. I plan to convert to an rv, gets same gas mileage as my little truck. Handles like a regular truck, you don’t notice how big you are when driving it.

I have a 1991 Ford E150 Van that I have been working out of doing construction that seems like forever,the old van has 76K miles on it,still runs and drives OK but just doesnt have the ride it use to have after many years of service..I have been looking to upgrade for a while and decided to look at the newer model Ford 250 Transit Vans, it is comparable is size and usability for what I am dioing with it..The 250 Transit is like driving a sports car compared to the old E150..Drives,rides,sounds, cools, and no leaks or whistling as you drive,,I dont miss the old van one bit..
I have to say I was impressed. After getting the runaround from a couple of other dealerships, I reached out to Muzi Chevrolet expecting more of the same. They were up front with me and we worked a deal out over the phone. Bill helped me every step of the way and I was able to lease a new Malibu that I absolutely love. Thank you Bill, I really really appreciate it.

I use this for a service business. The only issue I have is that maybe they could make a more comfortable seat. I drive several hours sometimes could really use some extra comfort there. Other than that I could not be happier with this van. Handles great maneuvers great easy to drive.
Our family just had the best time buying a Ford F-150 Lariat and I wanted to make sure I gave credit where credit was due.
(1) Wonderfully Communicative - Jason Lehner, the delearship manager, was amazing. Since we know little about cars but wanted to venture into truck ownership, we turned to a relative who is 1000s of miles away for help. This didn’t phase Jason at all. He answered every text, email and call with care and worked effortlessly with someone he never met in person. My relative is a bit of a hard cookie to crack so we were all impressed at how Jason was able to navigate the rapid fire questions and concerns.
(2) Stellar Price - We did approach other dealers but Waterford Ford simply offered the best price for our custom order. We feel like we walked away with an fantastic price for a brand new 2018 custom Lariat order.
(3) Straight Shooter - Jason never tried to sell us something for the sake of selling. We didn’t feel overwhelmed with the options or that we were making a mistake by not buying an additional feature. He was polite, listened and ensured we were comfortable with the order BUT we never felt pressured to take on more.
The best part was when we finally went in the sign papers! Michael O'Brien, the manager emeritus, saw that I had kids in tow and offered to have the car sent to our home since we couldn’t bring it back on the same day. It made my life so much easier! Seriously. That small gesture made my year. And now I have a gorgeous new ride.

Excellent delivery vehicle for a construction contractor. The 3.5 EcoBoost has more than enough power for any driving situation when loaded down with material. Comfortable and quiet interior makes the driving experience a pleasure. Would definitely recommend adding the back-up camera and park aid sensors. It has already saved me twice from hitting a pedestrian and a car while backing out of a parking spot. Only complaint being a 6'3" man is that I wish there was just a couple more inches of leg room in the front. My right knee rests against the center consul, but this is a problem for me in almost every vehicle.
I went in to buy my daughter a car. We got a very nice Honda that has been perfect. David was very very helpful to us and patient as my slow credit union financed it. He took care of everything for us. It was a good experience and we're very happy. I felt that I was treated honestly and I will definitely go back

Spoke to Chris senior in sales.
He said car was already sold, but there was no sold sign on the car nor was the ad removed. He was not too cordial or anxious to find something else for me.

This cargo van drives like a car not a truck; easy handling, far superior gas mileage to it's competitors. You won't be in the shop once a quarter or more like a Sprinter! It's Ford Tough! Just wish I could have had the CD player and the GPS at the same time.
We live in Maine. We were looking for a used 4WD Ford Truck. We saw one on Padula Auto Sales website and asked if we could come down on a Sunday. It was the owner's day off but he came and met with us. He is great- fair, honest and sold the truck to us at a good price. It was not ready to take home that day so he agreed to meet us halfway in Portsmouth NH and deliver it 4 days later! There were a couple of unforeseen problems that needed fixing and Joe sent us a check as soon as he got our bill. We would definitely buy another vehicle from him.
