His honesty, professionalism, and calm approach create real trust and that makes all the difference. It?s the reason I continue to ask for him whenever I schedule service. During my recent visit, they also provided a loaner vehicle at no cost while my car was being serviced for three days. That level of thoughtfulness and convenience speaks volumes about how much they respect their customers? time and commitments. Not every dealership offers that, and it truly made my experience stress free. I want to emphasize that it?s not just one person the entire team operates with the same positive, customer first attitude. From check-in to vehicle pickup, everything feels organized, transparent, and smooth. Because of the consistency and care I?ve experienced, I confidently recommend AutoNation Honda Dulles to my friends and family. If you have a big family or car pool like I do you need this van wow I love my new / used van plenty of room and if you don’t need some seats you can remove them to make room for other things if needed

In October 2020 I purchased my 2020 Ford Explorer ST at Koons Sterling Ford and have loved every minute of driving it. I've had it in for regular maintenance and recalls at the dealership but just recently on September 26, 2025, I had my best experience when I brought my Explorer in for a new battery. I had the pleasure of having Bradley Cadenas as my service rep and was very impressed with his professionalism and his outstanding product knowledge regarding my Ford Explorer. I wasn't aware of the FordPass reward points I had accumulated, and Bradley was very helpful in helping me manage these and applying them towards the cost of the new battery and related service work. I felt like I got the "red carpet" treatment and look forward to working with Bradley in the future--he is a credit to the dealership and particularly to the service department.
