I am 63 years old and have bought nearly every brand including BMW and Honda. Before retirement I was also the Vice President of Service for a Cummins Engine Company distributor. This was the best service experience I can remember ever getting. The tech came to get me and explained what he found and recommended, it was very credible and professional. The tech also used a Torque Wrench to confirm the correct clamp load. The check in and check out people were also amazing, professional and courteous. Some people don't think courtesy is important any more, I do and appreciate it. I have always and will continue to recommend Englewood Ford. Englewood Ford is not the closest Ford dealer for me, but its worth my drive to go there.
We pulled in to look at a new Grand Cherokee Overland I had seen on their website. David Barth appeared immediately and fifteen minutes later we had traded cars. In about an hour it was detailed and ready to go. David was very attentive and through. No high pressure and having to deal with two or three people. Just like dealing with the old time small town dealerships. He did a very good job explaining all the new features to Rose (I seldom drive it). We'll be back.

Clint and I communicated only by email. I told him what I was looking for and he assured me it would be no problem getting the vehicle I wanted. It is a 2018 Ford Escape sel with white platinum tri-coat paint. I told him I would be in on October 31st to finish up with the details. He had all the paperwork ready when I arrived. I could tell from our email discussions what type of personality Clint has and knew he was the one I wanted to purchase my vehicle from. He is honest and straight forward and not the least bit pushy. It has been the best ever car buying experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Definitely would recommend lint to others who may be looking to purchase a vehicle.
I have been to Desoto Automall before . The guy I talked to then said he would keep me in mind when looking for a truck for me . I never heard from him again. Then a couple of weeks ago I took some of my cows to the market. I thought I would stop by Desoto Automall again to see what was new on the lot. This is where I met Clint for the first time. Clint took me on the golf cart and we rode around looking at all the trucks there. I didn't see anything I liked at the time. Clint told me he would keep me in mind. Since I had heard that before there . I just laugh it off and told I heard that before. For my surprise Clint wasn't joking. A week or so so went by and for my surprise it was Clint called me and said he has a truck the color I was looking for. So I told him would come up and look at it . I was very surprised he he was listening to me when I told him what I was looking for. This truck was perfect for me. It had a gooseneck hook up in the bed and it was had a plug in for the lights in the bed like I wanted . It was 4X4 and a dually. The truck was perfect for me . I don't have to do nothing much to truck except tint the windows and get running boards for it and I'm set... Clint is a go getter and he did what he said he would do for me. I was so pleased that I traded my old truck in and had him to do the paper work for me . I was pleased he did everything for me even calling the insurance company . I was insured before I left the lot. I was like kid again I had a new truck again... Very easy to deal with. There was no sales pressure and Christy made the process very enjoyable. The sales department worked with use regarding our 3 trade-ins. Overall it was a pleasant experience. The service after the sale has been excellent. I highly recommend Christy and the Desoto Dealership.
I had a 2006 Mitsubishi Lancer that lasted me through high school, college drives back and forth from Tampa back to Fort Myers, and more college. Bring a 12 year old car, it was time to let it go for something else. I knew I wanted another Mitsubishi because my first one was so reliable in the many years I had it. Pedro was salesperson and was so kind and made the whole process hassle free. I didn???t feel pressured into buying and he got me exactly what I was looking for at a good price. One of the sales managers, Howie, even made it a point to come over and introduce himself even before he knew I was getting a new car. Everyone was so kind and I???m so happy with my new 2018 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross, abd have already gotten so many compliments on it and I haven???t even had it a week now.
I have a 2016 Super Duty I purchased there in 2017. I recently had a check engine light come on. I called to get an appointment for repair. They got me in the next day and supplied a loaner vehicle for me. There was a minor delay in the repair which they took care of within a day.I was back on the road, no hassle with the warranty. Aaron the service writer took very good care of me.
Started sales process and left dealership after not getting price I wanted. Couple hours later they called me and general manager stepped in to make an offer that was acceptable to my wife and we purchased the vehicle.
Sitting at the dealer now finishing up a purchase with a good friend on a certified Nissan Murano. We were immediately met by Storm Davis and greeted with a smile. We already new the car we wanted to see and he quickly got it and set up the test drive. My friend loved the car and we were presented with the offer to buy the car and trade in her current vehicle. At this point we were greeted by Patrick Wakefield (GM). Through a very open and transparent conversation we came to a fair deal for both parties. My friend was happy and they gained a new client!!! This dealer wants to do deals and takes time with no pressure to make it happen. I highly recommend stopping in for any new or pre-owned needs.
At the end of July 2018 I purchased a new to me 2015 Silver Rouge SV. It
was an experience I wasn't looking forward to as I am a senior. The staff at Nissan Venice made the process comfortable. I feel that my SUV is a vehicle I can depend on and received a fair deal. The only
reason I didn't give the buying process 5 Stars is that it took four

Having purchased 6-7 LS since 1991 (one 430 from Scanlan) I had to buy my last two LS460s from Orlando. Why, their volume and price. Each time I gave Scanlan and Germain a chance, neither stepped up to find the car I wanted. I met Heather Cotorakas a few years ago and she made me promise to give her a shot when I was ready to buy a 2018. We talked in April before I headed North, and when I returned in October - she "made it happen". Heather knows her cars, knew my choice of LS500s and was able to come to a price and trade in that was executable w/o hours of haggling. Good to buy locally again. Thanks, Heather.
We were greeted by Edens at the front door and he welcomed us to sit down and discuss what we wanted. He was very attentive and helped us select the right model for us. He had us test drive the car and explained the interior workings. He answered any questions we had. He was very knowledgeable about the car and we felt very relaxed . We had been to several other dealers but Edens was the best salesman that we had we encountered. The whole process was exceptional.
