I've owned many cars and have dealt with many dealerships. For example I own a JEEP and deal with Bayside Dodge... they are the worst of the worst... yet with Scarsdale Ford I am welcomed, feel like I am treated properly, know the mechanics are of strong quality and they are HONEST. Louie in Cust.Service is EXCELLENT and they maintain my vehicle very good!
Having used Scarsdale Ford Parts & Service for my 2007 Escape (not bought there), I was pleased to buy my new 2018 Escape there. Though it is not a super-large dealership, they do everything the larger places do, plus a bit more. My salesperson was terrific and knew almost everything about the car. I’m very picky and when I asked if the car needed premium gas, she even double-checked with service people (other dealerships said yes—which it doesn’t). Additionally, they have a lot of loaner cars available, which is helpful for service issues.
The pricing was competitive—and slightly better than I expected. Since I have used heir parts and service on my 2007 Escape, I am already anticipating an easy service situation.
Suresh arranged for a great 3-year lease deal on a Jeep Cherokee Limited. The process was transparent, quick and painless, which are rare qualities when it comes to car dealerships. Frank went over all of the closing paperwork, took his time to clearly explain the terms and fine print. He was super knowledgeable and will make sure that customers leave happy and satisfied. This is my second time leasing from this dealership. Their car service department has also been terrific over the years. Each time I have brought in my car for regular maintenance, service has always been efficient. I highly recommend this place together with Suresh and Frank.

Schultz Ford invited me to a My Sync class to teach us (seniors) My Sync and how to use it. The teacher Ruggero Fratarcangeli was excellent and went above and beyond. All of use learned so much useful information and I will now use this program on a regular basis. He brought real life uses for My Sync and helped us gain a comfort level I never imagined. Thank you Schultz Ford for this amazing class and to help me enjoy my new car and its features.

I have purchased vehicles and used their service department for over 20 years. My interaction with Sri in Sales and Joe in service have always been warm friendly and professional. I recently purchased a vehicle and attended the free technology class. The purpose was to learn about how to maximize the use of my devices through voice commands. Ruggero "G" was the instructor and he conveyed the valuable information in a manner that was clear and easy to understand. The class was well-paced with consistent hands-on demonstrations.
Today my wife and I took a sync class at Schultz Ford, it was great. We've leased and owned quite a few mercury and Lincoln's and they have just done a great job. It was extremely helpful, thanks "G" for a job well done.
