Keep in mind you are buying a vehicle that won’t be perfect. You’re getting a older used vehicle. As long as you go into your sale with REALISTIC expectations you will be very happy with this dealership! Jairo actually went to another dealership to buy a part for the Wrangler I bought from them because he knew I was driving it a long distance home. Everything worked very well on the Jeep and it was in very good shape for being 15 years old! Jairo also offered to mail me the print out copy of the Carfax and seriously made the whole experience awesome! Thanks guys. 2019 Ford Transit Connect review
We really like the transit, we didn't want too many bells and whistles and the XLT offered all that we needed. Keeps the price down a little and we really like the styling. Lots of head room. Back seats look a little stiff for long trips but we haven't tried them yet. Like the styling and we are looking for some aftermarket wheels to make it unique.

The ONLY drawback was that the vehicle we purchased had been heavily smoked in. This was NOT disclosed to us. Had it been, we would not have made the trip to buy this vehicle. The saving grace was Griffin Ford immediately offered to pay to have the vehicle professionally cleaned/smoke removal.

Always good service and absolutely fair pricing. My Service Agent Tim is the best. All I have to do is text him when my vehicles need service and he schedules it. If it’s an emergency he will get me in asap. We are not related, but it’s like having a family member that you can call for help, when your vehicle isn’t running properly or you just simply need regular maintenance service. If you have a tough problem, they will keep on it until it’s solved. My CRV Honda is about to hit 200,000 soon and thanks to Honda, it’s still running strong. I have 2 Hondas, one is a hybrid Insight and it’s been a dream. I plan on my next vehicle to replace the CRV will be a Honda CRV again.
2020 Ford Transit Connect review
Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.
