2020 Ford Transit Connect review
Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

Lou was my salesperson and he was super communicative, explaining and re-explaining when he seemed to feel it was needed. No surprises along the way, I was able to test drive the van as much or as long as I wanted, have a mechanic come by to inspect it and they washed it and added a full tank of gas on pickup day. They had done some quality servicing to the vehicle as well before pickup day. Lou mentioned early on that he wasn't paid on a commission basis, which was a good detail for me to know. In the end, all the numbers were the same from the beginning to end, no "uh oh" moments and it was a super fast experience on pickup day - probably the fastest ever for me to get the keys and drive a new (to me) vehicle home. I will look to use them again if possible in the next year or so. Highly recommend.

I have to write a detailed review about my experience with this dealership. I am limo driver from New York and have bought many cars here in New York, but this CT dealership was top notch. Humongous thank you to sales advisor Mauro and manager Kelsey. They were both Extremely patient. We spoke personally from cell phones Mauro and I for about 2 weeks. I wanted to get to certain numbers that worked for my family and I. Mauro relayed the message back to Kelsey and he called the bank many times to find a deal that worked for me. They were a great team and finally I have to say what a great job. I got the very vehicle I needed. Low mileage SUV in mint condition. I can see why they have such a good reputation. You guys were good.

i love this car i can wait for ford to make the new transit connect if you take car of it and do all your recomeded service this car will go 200,000 + miles but if you dont take car of it you know what is going to happen
